Terrible
experience
in
first
class
suites
from
KL
to
Singapore.
Saw
previous
reviewers
wanting
to
leave
NEGATIVE
reviews
and
now
I
understand
why!
Where
to
begin…
We
were
supposed
to
leave
at
6pm,
ended
up
leaving
at
10.30pm.
The
contact
number
provided
was
not
picking
up
any
calls
on
WhatsApp/phone,
so
we
had
to
walk
over
to
the
KL
office
with
our
big
cases
in
30
degree
heat
to
speak
to
someone
about
when
the
coach
was
going
to
arrive.
The
staff
in
the
office
explained
the
bus
was
4
hours
late.
A
joke!!
There
was
a
hotel
lobby
opposite
the
office,
so
we
waited
there
for
4
hours.
When
it
was
time
to
get
to
back
to
the
office
at
10pm,
I
asked
the
lady
why
the
coach
was
so
late
and
she
said
this
happens
all
the
time!!??
If
this
happens
all
the
time,
then
you
should
communicate
this
to
the
passengers!
Apparently
the
driver
had
set
off
at
9.30am,
and
was
now
arriving
at
10pm.
I
asked
if
a
different
driver
was
driving
us
back,
she
said
no.
I
said
surely
that’s
unsafe
to
be
driving
for
so
long,
to
which
she
replied
“hmm
hopefully
will
be
fine”…!
At
this
point,
I
was
filled
with
zero
confidence.
The
‘first
class’
coach
itself
was
ok,
although
my
partner’s
chair
had
a
broken
massage
function
so
kept
waking
him
up
every
10
mins
with
dodgy
buzzing
in
his
back..
we
got
a
meal
on
the
coach,
which
again
was
ok.
Despite
being
sold
a
4
hour
journey,
it
took
us
7.5
hours
to
get
to
Singapore
and
we
arrived
at
5.30am
-
this
was
with
very
minimal
traffic!
Immigration
etc
to
get
to
Singapore
was
fine.
But
I
do
not
understand
why
this
company
is
not
clear
with
how
long
the
journey
would
take,
and
how
late
they
would
depart.
Just
be
honest
with
your
passengers
and
set
clear
expectations.
