Has been loyal with boost for ages. First time got a bad experience. No customer at that time, no staff at the counter. Both of them were at the back, calling twice no one attended. Calling 3rd time abit louder then only she attended. Not apologise to us at all for making us wait to order. Wrong order taken probably the music was too loud. One of the drink was watermelon lychee and the taste was blend. Very upset with boost.

Juice was nice but the service from the guy was like as if he is doing me a favor. No smile and not even feel welcomed. Paid extra 1MYR to not add ice. Never heard that before. The guy in the photo just wasn’t interested.

Worst customer service experience during my four weeks of travelling. Whey protein was finished. The juice I ended up buying was good anyways.

If you want to experience the “sloth” from Zoopopia service speed. You can just came here. I’ve been stand and sit for about 20mins non of the crews serve me and not even say any single words. They just pretended like im ghost or transparent. worse Service ever i had

I didn’t even count how many times I had smoothie and slushy at boost all over the city during my trip. Loved them all! I don’t think I’ve had experienced any bad customer service like others apparently had. Only when it’s understaffed?

worst experience today at Boost KLIA 2. Its okay la if he's alone working on today but the person before me got an order and then he do immediately but after getting my order, he's taking another order from someone else. Its okay la just fine for now. But what I cannot accept is when he do an order from person who's order after me. That cannot be accepting because I also waiting tho. Almost 30 mins I've waiting and guess what i get?? Cookies and cream without sorbet and yogurt.. only milk with cookies and iced... so much disappointed. Not professional that employee.

Got sick the whole night from there juice, feeling in pain and bloated. These juices are not natural and are extreemly unhealthy for you. Shame you sell this as health drink

juice is great, but boost management you should be ashamed of yourself. the store is so busy but there is ONLY ONE PERSON on staff, she is at the cashier AND doing the drinks AND cleaning up. this is terrible practice and is extremely unfair to the poor girl. please hire more people!

Just I can’t get enough of it, every time I land or take off from KLIA2 gateway, I have to grab my boost juice with me, such a healthy alternatives for those who loves to hangout for a drink. the boost juices are made from fresh premium ingredients. there are just so many options to choose from. the name says it all..can't get enough of it. My favourite juice banana buzz and cookies and cream.

The worst experience in Boost Juice so far. I ordered a Cookies and Cream for my son when i was there on the 20th Nov around 5pm plus. The juice bar wasn't that busy during the time. There was only 2 staffs working behind. Clearly there was no queue system on the drinks delivery and they just mentioned the drinks name and people came and take their drinks. I was waiting literally 35 mins plus and looking for my drinks. The 2 girls behind the counter then realize that my drinks wasn't ready and started to make the drinks from their cleaning task. I was not the only one as some of the customers infront of me received an apology too. Please improve the system here!!!

Im a vitality user.. everytime when i wana use my voucher ecspecially 10pm above the staff said its closed..its not for the first time but everytime.. infact the time shows here 24hours?? 😞im clueless...

Poor service by the staff. And they not even wear nametags for me to complain. Please improve your service. Please smile and greet customers better in future. Thank you

If don’t feel like working can choose not to work. One staff busy making the drinks, got eye contact with another staff, she’s putting on her apron and her head band slowly, told her we would like to place an order, she walked away, and continue chit chatting with the girl that making drinks, and then talking on the phone after then?

Nobody attending customer at counter, 1 girl doing drink another just sitting around doing notin, if u r on a break at least tell, we r lack of manpower kindly wait, not just sit n play ur phone. Rude!

Passion Mango Smoothie was too sweet and had too much of sorbet in it. Its texture and taste was more of a juice drink rather then a smoothie.

Boost is one of my favorite Juice station. RM 15 for original and now every purchase more than RM 14 get a free ang pow

I recently had a disappointing experience at Boost KLIA2, primarily due to the interaction with one of the staff members, Priya. The customer service I received was unfriendly and downright rude. It's disheartening when you expect a pleasant experience and encounter such behavior instead. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of staff courtesy and professionalism.

My first experience with the juice with Passion Mango. Major taste with smooth ice blanded yoghurt, sweat mango, with sour passionfruit. Nice juice. I like to try again if i have chances.
