I would like to narrate an event that unfolded a week ago. My family and I had planned a trip to Malaysia on the inaugural maiden flight from BBI to KUL on 26th April 2017. The trip included a connecting flight to Langkawi AK-6306 at 0950 MST. As our first flight was scheduled to land at 0620 MST we had roughly 3 Hours to complete our immigration. But to start our first flight was delayed by an hour which made us arrive at 0720 MST. As we rushed to the cue for immigration we found absolute chaos with no proper order. The officials seemed least interested to guide let alone help us. As we realised with the current pace and situation and that my family i.e. 10 people won't be able to clear our passports in time to board our next flight which belonged to the same airline company we franticly searched for any airline official or immigration personal to help us but none were to be found. Upon reaching the 11th hour we tried requesting a few passengers who seemed to be least co-operative even though they had no flights to board. Finally we asked an official to help us but he declined without reason even though we had witnessed a few passengers let go on some unknown reason. But finally after a long wait , arguments and few physical shoves we made it barely 30 mins to departure for our next flight. We ran, we panicked and finally made it to the flight desk to find out in horror that the gate has been closed. We then requested to be put on the next flight to the Air Asia authority. but to add to our misery we were asked to pay for the fresh tickets. To add to it we weren't the only ones many other tourists had fallen victim this lawlessness at the immigration. I would really like to bring this incident to light through your platform to enlighten the other fellow travellers about the current situation at the Malaysia International Airport. Thank You

The system of work much more efficient than when the MM2h office was at Immigration Putrajaya. Bigger office n more staff

There used to be an MM2H center located in this building that provided assistance to participants with their visas and other related matters. However, the office has closed down, and there is currently no support available for MM2H visa holders. Currently, MM2H visa holders are required to go directly to the immigration building in Putrajaya and deal with officers who may not show much concern or assistance.
