Went scaling. First time visiting this branch. Dr diong was friendly and detailed and very courteous. The assistants were nice and professional too. 👍I felt very comfortable and at ease during the treatment process. The entire treatment was painless. My teeth felt so clean after the treatment. Will return routinely. Tq so much.

I'm traveling around Penang Malaysia and was in need of a dentist as my gums were starting to feel sore. I stumbled upon this wonderful clinic that caters to all your dental needs in Georgetown. The dentist there, Dr Doing (hopefully I got it right) was very professional, he might look young but he is very skillful and down to earth. The scaling or teeth cleaning is very comfortable and precise, it doesn't hurt at all. I opted for a whitening treatment as well and the results are truly wonderful. I'm sure it has something to do with the doctor's skills and experience. The staffs were just amazing from the very beginning till the end. Very helpful and also always giving me tips to explore nearby places. If you're in need of a whitening process do look them up. The prices are crazily cheap for such top notched services compared to my country. Thank you for the wonderful service. Keep up the good work team!

I went for dental checkups and had deep scaling and teeth whitening done at Klinik Pergigian Dentabay in Georgetown. The team of doctors and nurses was very polite. During the consultations, the doctor was good at explaining, providing detailed explanations for each step. The doctor was also very assuring, constantly asking if I was doing okay. The doctor was very gentle throughout the procedure. I didn't feel anything during the deep scaling, and it was very comfortable. However, I did experience some sensitivity during the teeth whitening, but it was still bearable. Don't be afraid to come here. They provide top-notch service at affordable prices.

Been there for scaling and whitening. During my session, Dr. Diong and the staff nurse are so friendly!! The environment so relaxing and comfortable, and the price is also reasonable. Surely I will come again.
