I have bought my computer from PC Depo eversince until they changed their name to Ph and Co. However today 25.02.2022 at 4.15 pm, I came to ask about replacing my HDD to SSD. Unfortunately, today is my last encounter and visit to this shop (Ph&Co). The service staff (male) seems to be very rude and had no intention to serve me. Just to tell you (Ph&Co) I have bought more than 6 lap tops and accessories from Ph and Co (PC Depot) for the last 10 years. I just have to say good bye to this computer store. I have been very loyal to your shop ever since and suggesting and recommending your shop to friends and families, but this is how you repay my loyalty. Don’t bother to listen to my comment because I know you have many customers. Rating for this store: The worst 1 star for you. 👎👎👎👎👎. I think you do not even deserved a star. In order to put this comment I have to put a star and therefore, then I can post my comment. In managing service especially towards profit organization to get new customer is easy and cheap, but to retain loyal customers is harder and expensive rather than getting a new one. Loyal customers will lead to long lasting relationships, it means long term revenue is secured. I thought you shops like you are familiar with the business games. Don’t worry I will go to your competitors. It seems that my money, loyalty and commitment to support your business has no value to you.

Some of the things sold were not as cheap as it calmed "Low Price Everyday"! Only during sales the prices were more realistically cheaper. Make several visits and it were usually "out of stock"... very frustrating indeed. Now, I prefer buying online which is very much cheaper! A RM419 Kingston SSD sold can be bought online for only RM360.

Poor after sales service, not professional, the staff said lazy to check for what causes the problem , hence prefer to do formatting. This is the second time already, last time the first time having problem they also do formatting, u know how tired for us who have to reinstall all the software and moving the files ? Within few months i have to format my laptop twice just because the service team not professional enough? Disappointed. Why u need service team when every problems are solving by formatting the laptop ? Will not choosing this shop at first if i know their after sales service is such poor !

This PH & CO had the worst service ever, asking the service person some questions, this also don't know, that one also don't know, don't know what causes my problem. Don't want to check for me, he said no need wasting time do checking, just format , impolite and bad attitude. Nowadays checking what causes the problem for a customer's pc is consider as wasting time? You will 100% regret if choosing this shop. Acting kind when you buy laptop but totally different attitude when asking for service.

A friendly reminder to all of you, if the salesman ask you to extend your warranty, please do not do so. When I bought my laptop years ago before pursuing my degree, the salesman asked me to buy extra warranties so that I need not to worry about my laptop until I finish my degree. But after 3 years when I revisit the shop, the salesman told me that the extended warranty will not cover my laptop problems. This is not same as what he promised me before. No black and white states what the extended warranty will cover and not cover when I purchase my laptop. The customer service is bad too, the malay technician also handle the laptop rudely and carelessly. Will not visit any ph&co outlet anymore. Not only this outlet, the alor setar outlet is even worse. Hope that those who are looking for a better laptop shop will notice this review, hope this review can help you.

Pleasant experience, the cashier have decent knowledge of products & I was in and out under 5 minutes. Just make sure you know what you want, easy for them, easy for you.

Staffs were helpful with anything you need. All covid SOP are followed. Got myself a laptop, no hassle, all apps installations are done by their technician. Price is fairly reasonable.

Bad service, not recommended to come next time ,always go repair and always got problem , my laptop still new , cheat me laptop battery damaged but actually only charger broken

The process to claim warranty is slow. Silently downgrading claimed screen without noticing. More issues coming out after servicing.

mandatory introduction buying extra warranty,when go to repair it say got goods spot and dint tell you need a month to fix,when call to them,the repair you will mad at you,i buy warranty for your madness?or i buy warranty for you fix my 5000++ laptop?use brain to work not mouth whom the one work as repairing at this shop.customer service suck on repairing,hope you can fix this problem,because it will be me as customer anymore

Great place for gadgets and pc accessories shopping! Bought my RM7k custom pc and smartphone here. Cheapest you can find in town. Just bought a new Galaxy J2 Prime for my sister for only RM455. Other places selling around RM550-RM600. If I'm looking for any types of gadget this is the first place I'll visit!

Friendly staff and helpful to solve my problem but the price may be a litter bit higher compare to online store. However, they can assist you to do the warranty if your items is brought from their shop and stay nearby. Unfortunately, you may not able to refund if really not like brought items but possible to change to other items with similar or above price range.

Buy a new rog g15 strix laptop using without one month, have monitor issue and very worse quality. When I paid the laptop money, I saw the carton seal have been open before & the charger is broken, ask me to wait a few day to come back to take the laptop. No choice because pc depot only have 17 inch laptop only, so I choose to wait. But now Im facing this issue and until currently still waiting they return my laptop！I CAN'T DO MY ASSIGNMENT AND MISS OUT ATTEND MY ONLINE CLASS, VERY DISAPPOINTED. DID U GUYS SELLING SECOND HAND LAPTOP OR DISPLAY UNIT????

Bought a printer. Salesperson told me that it was Bluetooth compatible, coloured printer. When I brought it home, I found out that it was a non-wireless, black and white printer. My mistake for not double checking but the salesperson clearly has no idea what she's selling. Terrible sales experience and will be reluctant to buy anything there again.

Bring my laptop for screen repair. The tech guy with spec solved my problem on the spot. Reasonable price and service not bad la. Before leaving the shop, saw few set gaming pc showing there and it bring my attention. Will definitely get a quote on my next setup.
