What is the point need to take appointment if the waiting time is over 5 hours?????????????? Come on la, its just a 140k service! Please improve your systems! Why commit for so much cars if your service center cannot done in reasonable time??? I came here 10.15 am for my appointment on 10.30 am and now its 2.30pm, and my car not yet done! WTH!

Service getting worst and worst. Waited for 3 hours ask for couple of times say service done, now they are washing car. After 30 minutes waiting, ask again still not yet done?!! Billing charged with interior cleaning but already 2 times giving them chances to do service with them but they never even clean or vacuum at all (btw interior cleaning almost cost Rm 50) Everything very slow and most important is syilling and money in car all have been taken.

Good and friendly service, in my opinion ☺️ They are doing their best to cope with the increasing service appointments, daily. To my understanding, they are alert about the limited space for customers and service slots. I am pleased with their service of handling your car for service. Just pass them the key and they will sort out everything. The facilities are cool and satisfying. This venue is well kept and neat 👍 Kudos to the team 😎👍

Take so long time to answer to phone call,call n times but no one pick up phone, what it's the purpose of you display phone no that nobody answer 😡

Caunter management is good. The mechanics are all friendly as I had serviced my car for 15 years and the car never had any problems on the road.

Friendly staff and very efficient service. Made an appointment from Honda Touch app and the staff immediately called to confirm and called again on the day of service as reminder. There's a waiting room with coffee, snacks, & wifi provided for free :)

Appointment schedule at 8.30am but company staff only arrive at 8.45am. Service final stage finish at 10.30am but release car at 11.30am instead of being No. 1 walk in customer for that day. Very bad customer experience in this service centre..!

Poor service . Doesn't hold to their promise. Good service smiling face while u pay for booking and post service which is fault from their side dragging the processes and multiple reason been given. Brought my car here. Salesperson are nice and friendly, service centre services are good, but minus 1 star due to no breakfast during car service on Saturday, and free car wash is not included on every routine services ;)

Went to service my car. Came back with deep scratch marks on the steering wheel part that looked like it was forcefully pried open. Filed a complaint but gave thousands of excuses to push the responsibility away. This service centre have ethical and integrity issues. Trust me, don't ever send your car there. Bad experiences.

Slow service. Whats the point of Honda make us easier to book appointment online when this centre cannot even make it on time. Took my car for 10K service but hve to wait for 5 hours (10am-4pm on 28/7/23) Atleast you should have call and inform customer that it will be late, but they dont even do that. Just waiting there and dont even care to update your customer what happened to their car. Complained to the person in counter; he said this happened a lot of time already and seems not even single action taken. Can read other reviews here most are the same. Please take actions.
