Friendly staff with good attitude. However recently they charged a car cushion protection bag of RM5 is really funny and ridiculous. That is the default precautions for almost all service center to prevent dirt.,l I am wondering are they going to leave footprint on your car if you not paying the 'rental' of cushion protective shield ? In their reply below, they still didn't give an answer for "why suddenly incurred the extra charge where it's free all the while for the pass 3 years"

Very welcoming agents. Got place to sit when you need to work while waiting for your car to be serviced. Good service, even have agents sending reminders for your upcoming appointments. So far so good. Just need that coffee machine to work again. Or at least just put those 3in1 satchets cuz u already have the hot and cold water dispenser. This is just a miniscule issue lah but can make things better for everyone.

Compared previously GOH family services center at Jalan Song Ban Keng, CS Euro Auto more professional explaining the car issues and provided solutions.

Sent my Tucson for repair due to a noise..after 3days without any update I called up to check and was informed there was a prob with the water pump need to be replaced...after a week I called again was told waiting for the parts from HQ...a week after the last call I called again was told that another part is coming from Korea....after another 4-5 days I called again and was told repairing now. Very disappointed with their after sales service...no update given to customer.

Firstly, I would like to thank Mr Farhan and his colleagues for being very helpful and friendly during my time at the service centre. After my service, the staff will give me a call and asked the condition of the car. Overall I am very satisfied with the service even though I have to come all the way from alor setar to butterworth to service my car.

The staff were very friendly and entertained my many questions about accident and insurance claim patiently. They were also knowledgeable about the repair and able to explain well how the defective part and some specific car feature function. Very good customer service!
