The food,services and the atmosphere are very nice!! I was so excited to see the Nile river view and yes! Here is absolutely suitable for you. I forgot to take pictures for the food however everything were amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I was a visitor and I didn't have nice clothes for going out. I would recommend for girls better to get dress up especially night time. I highly recommend for having a date with someone special.

Crimson is located in Zamalek overlooking the Nile. A premium location in Cairo for a premium place. Simple and elegant interior with a glass wall which is, when open, gives the whole place an open roof top feeling. We started with their homemade nachos. It was very good and came with 5 dippings: Sour cream, Guacamole, spicy cheese, beans, and a corn salad (i guess this is a salsa replacement). It was good. We also got the stuffed mushrooms (Spinach and cheese). It was very good too. Then we went for the black Angus ribeye steak and the roasted duck. The ribeye was cooked to our liking and came with grilled vegetables and sweet potato fries. It was good but had some silver skin! The roasted duck came with a very tasty risotto side. The duck was shredded. Every piece had a crunchy bit or skin. It was very well spiced with a clear accent of funnel greek. I loved it. For desert, we choose the tiramisu. It's a shame that it didn't have rum, given Crimson is a bar. They added chunks of chocolate which added great texture and flavor. I really liked it too. Service was good. Yet, they decided to serve the main dish despite they could see that we are still going through the appetisers. We reported also the defect in the, what's supposed to be a perfect steak, but nothing... I would have ignored those downfalls but this isn't a cheap place and is supposed to offer top notch experience. I liked this place and would definitely return but I wouldn't order steak.

This is one of the amazing restaurants that I have visited. For appetizers we tried the artichoke salad, goat cheese salad and sweet avocado shrimp and all were really good especially the salad. For mains we tried 2 kinds the angus and the seabass and all were excellent and perfectly cooked to our request. Service was great and added like a tipping to the experience. Here I have to mention Peter who demonstrated excellent knowledge in food ingredients and recommendations. Peter was so nice and the place deserves more than 5 stars when it comes to service. Highly recommended.

Customer service was absolutely exceptional as they were able to change my friends drink without any hassle. The outside seating had space heaters which helped to combat the evening chill. The food had a good presentation and was served pretty quickly and served in the correct order. Overall I'd recommend a visit during a trip to Cairo.

However I dropped a star for our second visit because I specifically inquired if they served brunch on a Sunday and someone via WhatsApp told me yes until 3 When we arrived, the server was like "breakfast is finished" and had zero idea what brunch even IS. So we went ahead with lunch anyway but the service was incredibly slow and I got up and went over to the bar to ask for things multiple times because everything took so long and they kept forgetting stuff.
