I
attended
this
clinic
in
madinaty
two
times
for
laser
hair
removal,
I
expressed
my
concern
from
the
beginning
having
dark
sensitive
skin.
My
first
session
went
fine
however
my
second
session
in
Nov
22
with
another
clinician
was
horrible
I
was
jumping
from
the
heat
and
she
assured
me
it
was
low,
however
the
night
of
my
session
my
legs
got
sever
reaction
from
the
treatment,
they
save
money
not
keeping
creams
to
use
after
treatment
and
they
asked
me
to
buy
my
own
which
was
fine.
I
contacted
the
manager
of
BPerfect
on
fb
and
send
pictures
of
the
horrible
reaction
to
my
legs,
I
was
told
to
take
some
pills
for
allergies,
to
apply
two
types
of
creams
for
several
days.
I
continued
contacting
her
for
first
week
with
photos
of
the
scaring
that
was
caused
as
of
the
treatment
and
requested
a
refund.
They
just
told
me
that
I
can
in
to
clinic
to
speak
to
doctor
however
no
mention
of
the
refund
for
session.
They
ignorantly
said
that
the
reaction
means
the
hair
will
be
killed.
Which
is
so
untrue
it’s
not
about
how
much
heat
to
kill
the
hair
and
I’ve
had
multiple
sessions
throughout
my
life
time
abroad
and
never
got
this
reaction.
Now
my
legs
have
pigments
brown
spots
and
will
take
long
time
to
fade.
I’m
unsatisfied
with
the
service
they
should
be
more
careful
when
treating
different
skin
colors
and
skin
types
and
ensure
post
treatment
creams
available.
I
spent
200
pounds
on
post
treatment
medicine
to
ease
the
reaction.
Will
never
go
there
and
will
not
recommend
the
service.
