What a dissapointment!! Roastery was well known restaurant in Alexandria, and having that memory we have decided to go for breakfast today. What a complete dissapointment. Ordered 2 omlettes and with sausages and what was supposed to be hash brown and 2 lemonades. Firstly, when asking for drink no ice does not mean to be served drinks hot and in hot glasses and its lemonade not a hot drink! Second the served sausages i wouldnt even serve sausges like this to my dog, what a shame this waa served to customers and pay this amount of money! Very dissapointed!!! Not ever going again

The food is irreplaceable and the service is pretty good too

One of the worst experiences in restaurants ever !! The food tastes bad cheap and , not fresh ( took both oriental and egg breakfast menues) the service was terrible , staff are clearly lacking experience !! Real disappointment!!

One of the top restaurants in Alexandria! The quality food there is the best! Chicken soup is my favorite! Pasta penna white was so amazing! The stuff is well trained, friendly and nice!

Great dishes and wide selection but not price competitive. Plates are large and tasty but takes too long to serve. Sunny salon but hardly air-conditioned. They went half the way and yet have a lot to do.

Hmm its alright. Not keen on coming back specifically. Its just barely ok.

Sadly not what it used to be, the food quality has gone down a bit, cleanliness too. Hope they turn things around for the better.

Excellent stuff delicious food nice atmosphere

I had a very disappointing experience when coming to order and literally every option I chose of drinks or food was unavailable, it's totally odd a restaurant has no mushroom yet the menu includes a dozen of mushroom dishes.

We ordered Sharkey breakfast was so bad beans was not fresh the eggs not hot had to change it just 1 bread given when I ask for more it cost me like 10 pounds for another bread they was good before not now

Very calm, high recommend to these who are working from home, amazing place to have breakfast and very good for first date ❤️

Don’t ever think to visit this place… Unprofessional servers, fake manager and more… P.S. This place used to be one of my favourite places since its opening, but was really surprised of what happened today and I think I am not visiting it again…

The food was not fresh. Wasn't even well heated.

I've been here many times throughout the years and the best thing about this place, is they never discard their quality. Their food is always amazing, and the atmosphere is just cozy and soothing. If I had to say something though, the staff just needs to perk up a bit.

Love the place and the vibes , plus the food portions are really big which is hard to find nowadays (yes the food wasythat special there is nothing new , but for a casual day that u wanna eat normal food, it is gonna be perfect) plus the desserts are heavenly and the breakfast is also amazing

Roastery used to be my favorite place to eat and have a cup of coffee but now the food is very bad and also expensive staff is not professional like the past and even the place need to be reconstructed

The food is amazing especially the fried chicken with white sauce (country club). The problem is that its really expensive and takes too long time

Food was really good old days, now not so much.. Orderd with friends 2 meals of chicken served with fries and sautte vegetables.. The veges was really oily too much oil in everything even the atartees were chicken strips were oily too The presentation were really good and food was overall good but not great acccording to the price

The best place for a family meal. From the setup of the place to the portions of the food and the attitude of the team. This is the best place to take your parents to without breaking the bank.

I liked the food but the staff was not the optimum of any recommended service. The setting privacy is eligible to be invaded by anyone passing by the steet. Someone was watching the TV outside and when we complained about this as the person outside is almost sitting with us, the waiter went to him and laughted with him neglecting our right for having a comfortable setting. He didn't even say sorry, he gave the person the right to watch the TV outside and talked in an unrespectable way. The rest of the staff gave this waiter the right as he has nothing to do! Actually, you could simply have the curtains down!! I don't recommend this place again to anyone.
