The location is good and the service is fast.

Food was good. Service looks disorganized starting to kiosk. Still employee need to assist on available kiosk which is only one when i visited. 2nd review. One of Kiosk now offline.

Hated it Espcially the crew arrogance...and The Superior and The Manager and The supervisor as well. The ice the softdrink are not clean.

Only 1 order display available for use out of 3 present despite approaching dinner time. Despite that, staff on the counter insisted we use that single order display, where there's a long line forming. For a long time, we have ordered straight from the counter. And it's almost dinner time. Got annoyed and instead went to the nearest Jollibee at SM City Tanza.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE ORDERED A CHICKEN BURGER STEAK SUPER MEAL FOR TO AND THEY GAVE 2 RICE without THE BURGERSTEAK. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dining area too small. Turn around time too long per customer to get there order.

Serves good food in good quality. Place has good ambiance. Good service. Always as busy as it gets, like any other Jollibee branches out there.

French Fries too salty. Mcdo fries is definitely better.

The place is hot not cold. So small so most of the people choose to eat inside SM Tanza since it's really near to them

This Jollibee branch is located at the corner beside Puregold Tanza. Promo codes dont work, they said it's offline, just like the last time I visited which was last month. They do have park and go available where you park and just wait for your order to be delivered. I visited in the evening so din in is no longer allowed. The chair, dividers and tables look clean but when you take a closer look, it's dirty. I did dine in the morning after work and it was okay. Theh have a kiosk where you place your order however someone assisted me earlier who was standing very close and has broken my personal space that I had to back away. He was so persuasive that I didn't had the chance of having a few moments in front of the kiosk to choose what to order. Take not that I was the only customer inside at the time while there's a lot of people ordering at the drive through. I just hope this branch upholds the NO CONTACT ordering which was posted at the kiosk, there's no need for someone to go near me unless it's my order. I recommend having a clear process for those who wanted to do take out. Also, they don't mix the drink very well. I thought something's on my iced tea, it turned out to be ice tea powder. This says a lot how they are managing their business. A simple task and yet they don't do it well.

Ok big restaurant at a busy junction large parking space having drive thru. Also delivery bikes. Having new computer screen to order meals there staff assistance if needed There's dining upstairs clean toilets Staff polite food ok delivered to your table

Fast service and they always follow safety health protocols for the customer

Visited this Jollibee's in Tanza, expecting more. However the Philippinos in this area prefer the McDonald's across the street. I wanted a Double Cheeseburger at McDonald's but the drive thru was too long, and counter service had a very long line. So having enjoyed the lived experience of Good Chicken at Jollibee's, I took the gamble of going through the much shorter line at the Jollibee Drive Thru- and ordered 3 Cheeseburgers, with Fries and Coca-Cola. The Coca-Cola's were flat (no fizz) and the cheeseburgers were luke warm. Perhaps management of Jollibee's will see to it that service provided at this location can rival the McDonald's across the street. The very long lines at the McDonald's across the street, suggest that Jollibee is not doing well in their competition with McDonald's at this location. Hopefully service will improve at this location in the future. They can do better.

Since the last time we've visited this place, the interior is nice, and spacious as well, but things get a bit terrible when customers arrive. Long waiting lines at the counter plus few number count of workers. The parking lot isn't enough to accomodate the demanding and increasing number of incoming customers in this fastfood chain. But, on the other hand, the ambiance is great, plus it's good to consider for party location, or birthday celebrations. The second floor can be accomodated once booked, depending upon the package that you booked to them. The workers seem to be nice and friendly, too.

I ordered for a Bacon Champ and a yum but they gave us 2 yum, no champ! We also ordered 2 order of Tuna Pie Trio (4 originals, 2 spicy) but they didn't mark the spicy ones so we had to play something similar to Russian Roulette since one of us have ulcer!! They already got our order wrong before, this branch is so disappointing! I don't recommend you ordering from Jollibee Vista Mall, Tanza branch!! THEY WILL GET IT WRONG!! #ProvenAndTestedTwice

I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Don't go here if you're looking for "fastfood". Lol

Food is good but it seems like their forecast on the number of daily customers is inaccurate. Visited a number of times with the same problem of having backlog orders making us wait more than 15-20 minutes in a supposedly "fast-food" chain.
