but
the
cashier
said
no
chicken
available
and
offer
me
a
pork
sisig
that
was
nice
customer
service,then
after
i
odered
pork
sisig
that
was
6:43
pm
I
went
to
the
vacant
table
to
wait
for
my
order,
I
noticed
few
guest
count
that
time
so
i
was
assuming
to
serve
my
food
on
time,
7:27
I
was
looking
for
the
manager
or
any
incharge
in
the
store
but
i
dont
see
any.,then
i
ask
one
dining
staff
to
follow
up
my
order
then
the
staff
check
my
order
and
confirmed
that
it
was
not
already
prepared,at
that
time
the
manager
comes
out
and
check
about
my
concern
so
i
insist
to
cancel
my
order
because
i
am
waiting
for
almost
40
mins,i
ididnt
heared
sorry
from
them
thats
the
saddest
part
of
my
dining
experience
at
mang
inasal
tanza,
calling
the
attention
of
the
owner
to
give
attention
to
the
customer
service
of
your
store.
