    They don't clean up left overs and trash right after customers leave. Messy tables both indoors and in alfresco dining.

    We have bad experience with the services of this place. The person in-charged in the kitchen has no manner on how to talk to customer.

    Food order taking is slow, initiative of service crews to buss tables are close to non existent. Food is okay, service is meh.

    The ambiance is kinda sad. Food wasn't cooked properly, rice was cold and soggy. No chillis. Generally tolerable but have had better Mang Inasal places.

    The food is good. But their crew members are not provided the food you ordered. Like i'll ordered unlimited rice, but that time limited rice only

    Good Food, Same with other Mang Inasal Branches, But the smell of the table, can ruin your food. But you can ask a crew for a help to remove those smell so you can eat well. :)

    Bad dining experience here at mang inasal puregold tanza.first I ordered pm2 chicken but the cashier said no chicken available and offer me a pork sisig that was nice customer service,then after i odered pork sisig that was 6:43 pm I went to the vacant table to wait for my order, I noticed few guest count that time so i was assuming to serve my food on time, 7:27 I was looking for the manager or any incharge in the store but i dont see any.,then i ask one dining staff to follow up my order then the staff check my order and confirmed that it was not already prepared,at that time the manager comes out and check about my concern so i insist to cancel my order because i am waiting for almost 40 mins,i ididnt heared sorry from them thats the saddest part of my dining experience at mang inasal tanza, calling the attention of the owner to give attention to the customer service of your store.

    To day ordered chicken Inasal. it was cold and bloody inside the wing wouldn't come off without force, the rice was cold. pointed this out they warmed it up in ca1min running cold inside and a little less bloody inside. the skin is good.

    Food is what you expect, albeit the bitterness of the charred parts. Service was dismal at best, took too long to serve and lacked personnel to buss tables and keep the dining area neat and tidy. The only manager in duty kept to the register and didn't help with dispatching food to pending orders.
