A little pearl hidden by walls. A cozy nice little hotel that wants you to feel good and home. And they are on the right track. The owner is very busy whether you feel good or not, or if you have what you need. You do feel welcome....... The facilities are not so advanced, but the pool they have are rather okay and ready for use almost always. It deserves another visit

CLEAN AND QUITE PLACE TO STAY WHILE IN DAR... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is my second time at this hotel and my family and I loved every day we spent there. The good, the incredibly fast Internet, the flexibility of the staff to make our stay comfortable and us happy and the free laundry for longer stays. What they can improve is extending the time for the restaurant closing beyond 8pm.

Such a clean, cool, quiet and systematic hotel to go. You can have your works done with a high speed fiber intternet connection. I highly reccomend you all to visit.

Awesome place to be, very lovely area in the middle of Mikocheni, it feels like a nice Oasis. The service is great, everyone is committed and nice. The manager Anthony was always there for us and very helpful. The price-performance was excellent.

I tried so hard to contact this place, my messages were read but not answered.. I was looking for a long term stay but I have no idea why they refused to answer me. After reading the reviews I thought it would be a good place to stay.. maybe they are fully booked and didn't need my custom!

This hotel is going worst on worst ! Last year I enjoyed it and I spent 3 nice days, but this time when I contacted them they didn't care even to answer me ! I see that Antony got enough money so he didn't care to do any maketing or promotion for the hotel. Me I dont care too and I will never return there ! And will not recommand any body to go to this hotel coz service and client respect is the most important think that they miss too much now !!

One of the best spot in Mikocheni, Quite and great customer care! The swimming pool add a more flavor to it!

The place is real cool, it has a calm & silent environment. The staff is fantastic as they are charming and are always available. It's reallt a beautiful place, I loved it.

Cockroaches in the bathroom, strong smell of pesticides, room not aired, mattresses with plastic cover, missing bed sheet and mosquito net only after explicit request, gate noisy even at night, breakfast bad, construction site on the property, pool is more like a paddling pool, no help with booking the ferry, when I asked for a discount I was locked in on the property!

Quiet , clean place . Staff very friendly, rooms was comfortable with food availability. There's a nice pool outside if you want to relax. Transportation can be called to take u all over dar es salaam. I will stay again .

A good place to stay for a decent budget trip. The food quality is very good, the pricing for all items are good, the rooms are quite comfortable, the staff are friendly. All drag is that the breakfast is exactly the same daily , and can get tiring after a few days . They need ro make it less monotonous.

Very Clean and tidy with spacious condos, wonderful customer services. Great scenery, tasty foods, simply a home far from home. Pool is on the house, with no extra costs. Free and fast wi fi!! Wow.

Really nice place. Great price. Clean rooms. Staff was super kind and helpful and accomodating. Anthony was exceptionally welcoming and great host. I rented a sgl room and moved to an apt because I wanted a kitchen with cooktop. Rooms Include breakfast. Pool was great too.

I have stayed 4 nigjts so far, subject t extension. It is clean, prices not too bad. Staff are friendly. Only problem once you leave main road, the road leading to hotel is rough luckily not a long drive.

Incredibly unfriendly personal. The concierge seemed nothing but annoyed that we booked on booking, any request was answered by rolled eyes. We got a room directly at the reception which allowed no privacy at all. The bed was uncomfortable and the room had a musty smell. Hot shower and a clean room were on the positive side.
