I have been attending TIBA for a while now. Staff are very friendly and give the best services . Doctors follow up with their patient and offer best advice possible. I recommend TIBA to anyone who needs medical attention.

Tiba Healthcare is ripping off. I just got my full Thyroid test done 3 months back for tzs 65000 and today they asking to pay tzs 92,000 I asked them why they cant even explain me properly I just went to Hi tech Sai and paid tzs 80,000 with better service Healthcare has become like shopping 😄 check the price first

This is one of the best health facilities so far. 1. The Reception: they are fast, on point, articulated and kind 2. The value of service: being a health facility, they know how to tend to the sick and the doctors give the best care... Kudos to Dr. Jamil Suleiman for the commendable services as well as the team of nurses 3. Speed of services: always right on time and the accuracy is on point 4. Vicinity:always clean, proper distance from one person to the next 5. Value for money: 100% value for money The tender and the care is just the best.

The services of the doctors are really amazing however the pharmacy takes to time which makes patients uncomfortable therefore please improve the service so that to avoid time consuming. Thank you.

I’ve been a patient at Tiba clinic for over ten years. I’ve had a few GP’s that I always go to, and they are honestly quite great. But I must say, the best doctor I’ve been to so far is dr. Priyank. My Gp’s weren’t in, and so I just had to see him. What a blessing. He cares, he explains, he checks, he guides. You can sense that your health and well being actually matters to him. I’m a skeptical patient. When im with a doctor, i always question his/her integrity through their conversations. Unfortunately, there’s a few impressive ones around. With the recent business and money driven traits that have over taken many hospitals and the ethos of many doctors, its really a rare find now to meet a doctor who generally cares, especially in our country. Its good to know that doctors like Priyank still exist. It restores faith in humanity (and faith in medical institutions). As stated above, I’ve been a patient at Tiba for many years. But today, after all those years, I’ve decided to write my review. A shout out to dr Priyank and all the great doctors at Tiba! You never fail to impress! 💪🏽

PLEASE READ THIS. I will start off by saying with the staff they are not well trained and spread false information. They put many lives at risk by creating what they so call”small mistakes”. The staff is rude and doctors aren’t available when needed. If they aren’t around might as well stop lying and saying that doctors ARE around when it’s not true. they secretary’s aren’t well trained, lazy, and with an attitude. If you want the best for your body or the best for someone else please go to another hospital and save your self the time and effort. I am saying this because it’ll be best for you, and not because of envy. Although the hospital looks very clean and good it’s not the real thing. I wish the best to everyone else.

The hospital is clean but the staff have very bad attitude and they don’t know anything. They don’t know how to talk to the patient and give wrong information, they have bad communication. My advice to you, don’t wast your time and money in this hospital.

Hospital is well maintained but staff (particularly coordinators) are very adamant and very slow. They behave like anything and don’t even respond properly. Patients are going there because they have some experienced doctors otherwise no one would like to visit this clinic.

I recently visited there two days ago as I felt sick. It turned out to be I had chicken pox so the inexperienced doctors wrote me anti allergy medicine instead of an anti virus drug. Now I am in pain thanks to their inexperience while it could've been easier if they had knowledge. I don't recommend you to go there cause they have inexperienced doctors. Google or Wikipedia would know better than these doctors.

Very nice and friendly services. They have a wide range of specialists available as well. The facility is clean. Only down side is parking space availability. You have to park a bit further away.

Doctors are good ans facilities are also good but I'm giving them 2 instead of 4 because there lab section is super slow. If you do urine and blood test together at a time they will surely take huge time for one of those 2. I have seen this for last 3 times. They killed almost 1hour or more when it comes to lab test but they durely say it will take 20 to 40min times but never be delivered within that time window. Poor service need immediate attention on timing or let them speak up straight that it will take more than an hour so that we can plan our waiting time accordingly. Thanks.

My first visit to this Hospital in many years. It’s grown big and was pleased to have a consultation with Dr. Merali. I appreciated his examination. I would recommend use of this facility. Parking is as usual a problem with all hospitals in Dar es Salaam

I love this hospital for the best and caring physiotherapy consultation and session. Dr.Minni Thakur is well trained Dr. With true dedication and passion,who just don't treat her paitent as her part of duty but takes an extra step before the treatment to understand their pain ,explains pros and cons,let them decide weather they want to get relief in long term or short term and the best part, during all the sessions she attends all her paitent with lots patience and smiling face.

I Najat Abubakar really appreciate the hospitality and work done by Dr.Minni the physiotherapist. I can see the improvement made by her. I sincerely give a credit to her and the hospital at large. I also appreciate the welcoming of nurse Anitha msophe who's nurse who is guided by Dr.Minni.

The medical facilities is beyond expectations, full of colour AROUND to rejuvenate the mood when entering. The sickness symptom reduces with mood change. Staff receive the patient humbly and guide to the correct station one needs to be. Doctors available are on menu list for you to choose if need to meet a particular Doctor on duty. Experience with Dr Mushtaq. Dr Fatima, was remarkable. For normal emergencies or needs This Place is recommended. Covid 19 protocol is adhered to including social distancing whilst sitting and queuing.

I am being attended by Dr Minni thakur, and I am thankful to her and her physiotherapy department for providing me a very kind and utmost care during my sessions.

You've been such a kind and caring doctor for me during my time of need. Thank you for doing everything that you do and helping me during a hard time. Despite the sickness trauma, I really felt at home with the customercare service received, especially, your Assistant- Ms.Happy.

The doctors and the treatment we get are really good. No doubt in that. But never ever buy anything from their canteen. You'll find all living things in their foods and drinks. We are going for treatment not to get sick. Tiba should take some action. This is not the first time

My experience at Tiba was beyond amazing. The staff were really helpful about everything and the doctors were very competent. Definitely my go to clinic atp.

For the first time took an appointment at the physiotherapist with Dr.minni ..i was in excruciating pain..she helped me through the pain..very dedicated and friendly she was as well as the staff..pain reduced significantly. I would recommend her any time.

Physiotherapy exercise done by Dr mini, I was feeling leg pain and back bone pain for many years. After one week of physiotherapy I am feeling better and pain reduced .I am doing well. I recommend physiotherapy for back bone pain.

It's a nice place and they do provide better health services.

Except for doctors everything else in this hospital is a chaos. The parking is a trouble and the security does not understand what to do at times. Staffs with very bad attitude.

Staff with very bad attitude and they dont know a.b.c of customer care. I think the staff should be taken for a customer care training and teach them to be more customer centric.

Very bad experience, they gave me appointment for gyno and she was not around . I had to wait with no feedback . Very disappointing

I had lightheadedness and Cervical Pain which is cured with the help of Dr Minni who is a great Physiotherapist, who not only is very friendly but also very Cooperative to all Patients, Dr. Minni Treats all patients with Positivity and creates a Positive Environment.

As a person who fears injections and far the most hospital visits.. Tiba Healthcare makes it easy for me to overcome it. Best applaud goes to the Doctor Jamil Suleiman and His Beautiful Nurse Dorice.. They treat you just so well as you are part of thier family.. I have seen less doctors who take their time to explain till the dits and bits of everything happening to you. But trust me with Dr Jamil you can never go wrong....

The hospital is clean and hygienic, the doctors are very good and friendly.

For here, see Polyclic with good service, good customer care, this hospital is the best. Today I enter Dr. He used to serve me last year, he remembers me and my misses, I don't know why I have forgotten him a little. The waiters direct very well. You don't hate time to be served, I must give you a compliment. Keep it up. There are hospitals that open when they start providing services, they start well after a while, they just start to collapse, they hire people, they don't have a good opinion, etc.
