You’ll always find a queue outside of this place, the best granita in Sicily. It was more than worth the wait, we had to make sure we made a visit here everyday! Granita flavours are varied and all equally delicious, the brioches are the softest I’ve ever tried. Highly recommended!

Located in a beautiful part of Taormina this was a great stop. The granitas are fresh and delicious and the brioche light and sweet. Was a great light refreshing snack break. Also , very cheap. The town centre can be reached by cable car/taxi, parking was hard so would not recommend drive here.

The best melon granita is the best with cream on it. Is so real, fresh and tasty you never had before. The melon in Sicily taste best than any other place in the world they are known for Sicilian lemon but they are good in melon too. Try this melon granita. Is the best in Bam bar restaurant. I tried two more different but I love melon granita. Never disappoint you if you try ❤️

Beautiful and well known cafe. They serve best cold Sorbet with delicious fruits. Don’t miss the homemade bread. The place is crowded most time but worth it! We really enjoyed! The service was friendly.

I had an unforgettable experience at Bam Bar with their exquisite granite! The taste was truly special and left a lasting impression on my taste buds. I couldn't get enough of it! However, the only drawback was the queue management. The place seems to be quite popular, which resulted in a long wait time. I hope they work on improving the queue management system to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for their customers. Nonetheless, the incredible taste of their granite is worth the wait. I highly recommend Bam Bar to anyone looking to try a delightful granita. You won't be disappointed with the exceptional flavors they have to offer!

Amazing Sicilian Bar Caffè and artisan Gelateria. Great Sicilian vibes with elaborated decorations throughout the establishment. It offers a wide variety of Sicilian Granite, probably the best I had. Tried the strawberry lemon and orange, they were smooth, flavourful and refreshing, felt completely natural home made! Also tried the pistachio gelato, called the sphere which was amazing, soft creamy pistachio naturally flavored with a chocolate center. Prices were incredibly affordable, probably why the place is packed almost every day.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit put off by the line but it moved pretty fast. Even though it was really busy, the staff was super kind and friendly. I tried the coffee granita with panna and the brioche. The granita was the best I had for the whole week I was in Sicily. The brioche was also really good, still warm and super fluffy. Definitely recommend waiting a bit, it's worth the hype

Without a doubt, the best granita we had in our 12 days in Sicily. So good that we ordered a second round on the spot. The brioche was excellent also. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated, the place is packed every hour of the day.

Amazing Sicilian granite, absolutely the best. Great quality coffee and pastries and best ever service as well. No wonder why the place is constantly busy. Street is so colourful! Truly amazing place! I believe you can be served in any european language as I heard them using so many different ones.

Came here for granite as we had been advised to come here and our friends were right. Tasted lovely. We had the Nutella and Lemon one and shared a brioche. They had run out of Pistachio. This is situated in the middle of town so the atmosphere if good. Only down fall was one of the older gentlemen was yelling at other staff members which was unpleasant to watch.

Probably the best granita I tried in Sicily. And generally the best? Perhaps. Everything is fresh and you feel like eating it endlessly. The almond flavor is excellent. Wonderful. Add cream to it and you are in paradise. A very popular place. Lots of people and everything happens fast. But it's worth it.

Really delicious granita, freshly made with in-season fruit. The brioche is superb as well, so good I had to order another one, fluffy and soft, very fresh. This place can get really busy though, so be prepared to queue during popular hours.

We were here early in the morning. We are not fans of sweet breakfast so we did not try granita but got a coffee and brioche and both were delicious. Recommended

He granitas we’re absolutely amazing. The service was also very quick and efficient. The chocolate was rich and the whip cream is fresh and smooth. The kiwi and strawberry flavors were fantastic . Must enjoy more then once.

The granita and brioche is a genius combo tastes sooo good. Bam bar checks all the boxes, amazing service, gorgeous interior I’m in love with this place i went there as much as i can. I would travel on a five and a half hours trip just to get to have a Sicilian classic breakfast

Being an early bird helps here. We almost skipped because of the long queues, and we had tried a granite elsewhere so figured not worth the wait. We were wrong. Make it before 9am and you wont really wait that long. The granite was exceptional worth trying if you’re in taormina specifically in Bam Bar (the almond and raspberry were so flavorful and fresh). Service is quite quick - order to service took about 3 minutes so it moves pretty quick - try not to sit close to the queue because you’ll be having your granite while 20 people in queue stare at you unmercifully 😂

4£ granitas for 2 flavours - such a cute spot and delicious. Service is super efficient, yet they don’t rush you. We got a raspberry and dark chocolate topped with whipped cream as well as an almond and white chocolate with whipped cream. They were all awesome! HIGHLY recommend for an afternoon little treat.

Lovely corner Granita place with richness of each flavours. There is always a queue so make sure you are there early and give your name to the manager to put you in the list. Pistachio and Mandorla (Almond) combo is really good.

Amazing authentic Sicilian granite (sorbet)! By far, the best I have ever had 😊 I tried the raspberry one with the authentic brioche 😍 Will be haunting me in my best dreams! P.S. you can have it without and with milk (vegan options available)

best granita and brioche in Sicily! as a group of 6, we almost waited ~15 mins to be seated. definitely worth it! greeted by the owner of the bar, and he guided us over the options, which we loved and surprised as he introduced everything in Turkish!

I had a wonderful experience at this venue! The service was top-notch, with quick order-taking and delivery. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the warm brioche complemented it perfectly. I highly recommend trying the pistachio ice cream—it's a must! What impressed me even more was that the owner of Bam Bar personally took our order, showing his passion for what he does. It's definitely a place worth visiting. Although the circulation seems fast-paced, you won't feel rushed or uncomfortable if you decide to sit longer and simply chill.

Best way to start a day in Taormina - no line, yummy brioche, and honestly the best granite in Sicily. The outdoor ambiance is lovely, and the waiters are super friendly and fun to chat with!

Excellent granita! I had coffee and almond (you get two flavours) and my friend had strawberry & kiwi. Both so delicious! And also topped with cream. For only €4 each definitely worth sitting outside and enjoying this treat. And a brioche for €1.20. Highly recommended!

Great bustling place just off from the main busy street in Taormina (Corso Umberto). We had the strawberry granita and chocolate/milk granita (like a chocolate mousse), with the brioche buns. Great taste and really good value for what you got. The coconut and pineapple tea was also very nice!

The famous cafe of Taormina. Also seen in The White Lotus, Season 2. With the hype we read and heard beforehand, ee were not sure what to expect. But indeed it did live up to its hype and our expectations. The granite are out of the world. Simply delicious. In the summer it gets extremely busy and you might have to wait but it's again totally worth it. Don't forget to give your name to to one of the waiters while waiting in the queue outside. Once you get a table, the service is quick and friendly. The waiter also explains everything and which flavours are currently available and which combine well and which do not.

Bam Bar in Taormina is a must-visit spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. I was blown away by their delicious granite, brioche, and ice cream offerings. The reviews were spot on - the flavors are perfectly balanced and the texture is just right. The brioche was freshly baked and the ice cream was rich and creamy. I highly recommend trying their pistachio granite flavors, they were some of the best I've ever tasted. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Overall, Bam Bar is definitely worth a visit for a sweet treat in Taormina.

We really enjoyed our breakfast this morning. We managed to get an outside table just after 9am with no queue or wait. The granita con pana e brioche was outstanding. I had always wondered how such a crazy combination worked. But wow does it work. Buonissima! Grazie.

Iconic and a must try. Why? Well the ice cream is absolutely perfect(we tried strawberry and pistachio + cream) and they were amazing. The brioche was nice and still warm. But the combination of dipping it in the ice cream is a truly unique sensation. Price is fair too but be prepared to wait (10+ min)

Ever since White Lotus S02 came out the place is full of tourists. So you will have to wait 10-20 minutes to have a table. It is totally worth it. Food is really good. Be sure to try Granitas!
