I’ve been visiting Lido La Pigna for years and this place deserves 5++ in every category. The Lido Is breathtaking, the beach service is 5 Stars! The food is 5 Stars! I highly recommend eating at the restaurant where every dish is absolutely fantastic and priced just right. Honestly some of the best food in Taormina.

Loved our day at La Pigna! Service was friendly and efficient and the beach is beautiful and typically Italian in its style. We had breakfast on our sunbeds - they serve a great cappuccino and toasted sandwich. And we had lunch at the seafood restaurant tucked away at the other end of the beach. You get access to showers, changing rooms and clean toilets when at La Pigna. We also used their shuttle service. Just make sure you book as they were turning lots of people away on the day we were there.

We stopped here after visiting Taormina for a few hours. This was well worth the effort. Our kids enjoyed the beach while we had some great food and drinks. Be careful of the jellyfish in the ocean, Other than our niece being stung we had a fantastic afternoon and had some delicious food. Also the restaurant gave her some cream to help with the sting which was very nice of them. Overall this capped off our afternoon and it was a perfect day.

Skip the crowds that White Lotus brought to Isola Bella, and walk the extra 5 minutes to get to Lido. You can reserve your beach chair, get drinks to your spot and pop up to the rather delicious restaurant overlooking the sea. Save for some aggressive pigeons, this place is an underrated gem that allows you get that beach day in that you crave. Sicilian Pizza was delicious, as were the Limoncello Spritz.

Beautiful waters and standard umbrella / lounge rental. 23€ for the front row. Inexpensive drinks. Rocky entry into the water but great swimming.

Beautiful spot, but food is very average. Disappointing to be served packet pasta and a well undercooked sausage. Sun beds are great, but eat somewhere else.
