It's not far from Daxi Public Office to park and walk in. You can overlook the river valley in the distance. There is a bright and comfortable exhibition space in the museum, as well as a comfortable cafe.

I really like the scenery here and the cultural and creative atmosphere. It is very suitable for a slow pace. The sunset is beautiful. They also sell drinks and snacks, so you can find a seat of your choice and watch it slowly.

Quiet environment and wide view —-/ Introduction to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is one of the more than 30 Chiang Kai-shek residences in Taiwan. It was originally a public hall in Japan and is located in Taoyuan Zhongzheng Park. Taoyuan Zhongzheng Park was originally named Kanjin Park. It was built in 1909 during the Japanese occupation. One of Taiwan’s twelve victories during the period. There are a shrine, a public hall and a sumo wrestling ring. After the liberation, the shrine was turned into the "Transcendental Pavilion", the sumo ring was turned into a lotus pond, and the public hall was changed into the Chiang Kai-shek Pavilion. In recent years, it was changed into the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. The building itself still retains the scale of that time. Currently, The life and deeds of Jiang Gong are displayed and open to the public. Taoyuan Zhongzheng Park History Taoyuan Zhongzheng Park is located on the west side of Daxi District, near Daxi Old Street. It is an old park full of historical flavor. Taoyuan Zhongzheng Park is condescending and has an excellent view. Lotus ponds, pavilions and other scenery, coupled with towering ancient trees and lush flowers and plants, the natural scenery of Daxi is all before your eyes. The former site of Daxi Shrine Daxi Zhongzheng Park contains the former site of Daxi Shrine built by the Japanese during the Japanese occupation. Although the complete building has not been completed over time, some remains are still preserved. Many stone tables and chairs under the trees were set up at that time. Above, There are also records of the time when the stones were placed. "Fuxing Pavilion" is the site of the "Loyal Soul Monument" during the Japanese occupation. The cornerstone is still there, and the top has been changed to a Chinese-style pavilion. The stone lions on both sides of the entrance have been retained, and the main building of Daxi Shrine has been changed to a three-story building. "Transcendental Pavilion", from a high point, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Dahan River.

The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Daxi, Taoyuan is one of the many Chiang Kai-shek residences. Next to it is Zhongzheng Park and Japanese-style wooden buildings. And a bronze statue of Duke Chiang with a great promise The pavilion in blue and white tones is very distinctive Currently displaying a special exhibition of trousseau furniture Many wooden items were donated by local people In addition, there are many local wooden products, which is very suitable for visiting The overall content is not much but you can see a certain richness Part of the space is converted into a dining space

After experiencing the Wood Life Museum, slowly moving forward, each Japanese-style pavilion tells a story one by one. Slow down, take off your shoes, and experience the wooden floor, tatami floor and the meticulous design of the artist. The most amazing thing is the Craft Exchange Hall, where you can actually sit on the wooden furniture. To my great surprise, this corner is the dream of all those who love reading. I read and wrote on that high-backed chair for a long time, feeling my dream.

It’s a great and beautiful place. When the weather is nice, you can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. You can also make handbags and take photos wearing Japanese kimonos at super affordable prices. Super recommended
