The building itself is magnificent with so many details!

I'm very relieved Chunghwa is so reliable. I sent 3boxes of used clothes to canada mid November and I got them end of January. It costed me around 1800-2000 depending on the weight. They also sell sturdy boxes. To those sending things back home from Taipei, you don't have to worry because they give you detailed tracking and I've been on that site every so often and I get good enough information for where my package is. I also did not need to pay any duty or taxes because I was sending my used personal clothing (which you need to declare on the slip). Returning back to Canada I did not need to declare anything at boarders.

All of the officers were super nice and patient with our questions as we had to send a lot of different things to four different countries in three different continents😂. Thanks for giving us such a nice experience in a Taiwanese post office!

Excellent post office with multiple counters. Fast, friendly service and convenient. Just take a number near the counter area you need as the sections are split depending on what you need (banking, post service, international). The signs are in english. Staff for sending international mail spoke English. Also a box comes free when you ship via ems. Very handy since I never have a box when traveling.

Check out the postal museum on the second floor. The staffs here are very helpful and accommodating. You can browse the stamps and postcards for your loved ones here.

Very efficient post office with friendly helpful staff!

The employees run me through the process of sending mail and even spoke in English. Very friendly and helpful.

I came here to send postcard to other countries. They have so many counter so the service was really fast. Staff was helpful and they can speak English which helped me a lot. They will show you the price and let you check if the address is correct. I will go back to this post office again because of their service.

Only post office in Taipei to close at 21:00 from Monday to Friday.

If you want to exchange money night time . They won’t currency exchange money . I was there 7 pm but they said “finished” Even they open till 9 pm :/

Manager was very disrespectful & condescending when I approached them with a problem their bank had caused. No one took responsibility- everyone just blamed the computer.

I went on a trip and bought some stamps. I'm not good at English and took a long time to pick up stamps, but the staff waited for me. The male staff was very nice and very friendly in English.
