I have been to Daxi Old Street countless times, but I have overlooked the Japanese-style building complex behind the old street parking lot. I found that this place is more recommended than the old street. The well-preserved and well-planned Japanese-style buildings are hidden in the park, making people feel like they are time travelers and are instantly in the exotic streets of Japan.

Taoyuan's free attraction "Wood Museum Cluster" is hidden in the old street. The Wood Museum Cluster has 11 themed pavilions and 4 sub-exhibition halls, including Pavilion No. 1, Wude Hall, Daxi History Museum, Artists Museum, and Li Tengfang Ancient Museum. House, Wooden Furniture Hall, Wooden Life Hall, Six Twenty-Four Story Hall, Craft Exchange Hall, Crafts Base and Feng Feifei Story Hall, the environment is beautiful! It’s so photogenic, you’ll fall in love with it once you visit, it’s definitely the most beautiful old house~

On weekdays, you don’t have to crowd around and you can still enjoy it. Professional explanations from tour guides There is also the Feng Feifei Memorial Hall at the end, don’t miss it.

Very lovely place to visit! The architecture of each building is traditional so it's very interesting to see. Lots of food eateries nearby - soymilk seems to be very popular in Taiwan! I recommend getting daohua dessert to cool down after a long walk.

I have been to Daxi Old Street many times, and each time there are different new discoveries. More and more historical buildings have been sorted out and re-displayed. The teacher's explanation for the first time on the guided tour was really very detailed, but it was a pity that the time was short. , I will definitely participate again next time I have the opportunity. These modern histories of Taiwan are things that are not taught in our era.
