I've been here a few times recently after finding out they do bubble tea. The bubble tea is so delicious and addictive! but I don't want to go back there anymore because there's one particular staff member that always seems like I've inconvenienced her or she's been interrupted. At first i thought she was just having a bad day but shes been like that every time I've been there. There is another staff member (I actually think it's the owner) who is so lovely and makes an effort to chat while she makes coffees. They have lovely food and I definitely recommend the bubble tea, but the atmosphere is a bit uncomfortable. (Please don't yell at me)

If you're ever in Taree and wanting an amazing meal this is the place to go. The food was delicious, the serves were really big and the service was very friendly. Definitely worth 5 stars.

In the past this has been a favourite cafe for us however we have found the new menu is just not up to the same standard. Less options, especially vegetarian options. What we were given was not as described on the menu and parts of what we ordered were not delivered then when asked told 'oh well that didn't come through'. We did get the food in the end though. It was however not up to past standards. I don't know if it was a different chef but it just wasn't as flavourful or well presented as usual. Drinks were good though.

Lovely cafe in one of the main streets of town, the only problem you will have is getting a park so you can come and enjoy their delicious food! Plan ahead and make sure to drop by on your holidays or for your weekend brekky

Who in their right mind would charge $9 for a cheese and ham sanga? Mind you, the bread was definitely yesterday's or older as it was stale! The hot chocolate was my lunch today as the sanga just didn't cut it 🤦‍♀️

This cafe is well worth a short detour off the freeway if you need a stop and a bite to eat. It's a really nice atmosphere with a good decor that sets it apart from your usual cafe. Friendly staff and good food.

I can't comment on the food although the reviews I've read sound pretty good, and that's the reason we chose to go there. We booked a table for two and arrived on time however when we got there there, there seemed to be a problem about where we should be seated. We were taken past a table for two which had a reserved sign on it (that we assumed might be for us, as it was the only reserved table in the place) but it seemed there was a problem about where we should sit. A short discussion took place between a couple of staff members and we heard one of them say " oh just stick them in the corner over there." My husband and I looked at each other in amazement and made the decision to go somewhere else for lunch. Poor choice of words ladies.

"Best thing to wear in public is a smile" A smile never hurt anyone!!! New owners about 4 months ago. Coffee was delicious along with bacon, eggs, Avo on sour dough with a drizzle of olive oil. Will be back again very soon.

A lovely cafe to be with friends and family. The food is delicious and the coffee divine.

Went, last night, to see and hear James Bennett playing at the Bohemian Cafe. It was the first time that we had been and we were not disappointed!! In James' playing and singing, in the quality of the meal and in the ambience. Amazing Mexican food. As for the size ... I can't remember ever having to leave some, and I can tuck it away!, But I had to last night, reluctantly. My wife had to do the same with her's too! Highly, highly recommended, we'll be back. Now for a little criticism! Both my wife and I found sitting on hard wooden chairs for just over 4 hours a bit numbing. Cushions would have helped. And I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get a coffee around 8.45 - 9 pm. Other than that, congratulations to all at The Bohemian Cafe for a great night. PS We couldn't help but be highly impressed with the waitress who worked so hard, so fast for most of the night, if not all of it. And for her consideration in crouching low , beneath our line of sight, every time she crossed in front of the audience.

To update. I had a soy flat white today and it was quite good.... . Well. To start off.. Coffee was good. They have had new coffee beans for a week and it shows. At least the coffee has full body unlike the old ones. They also have a new barista who knows what she is doing. Unlike 4 years ago. I had breakfast this morning with a group of friends. The bacon was delicious. Nice atmospheric coffee shop inside.

Had the eggs Benedict and it was world class the last one I had like it was in France . Who would have thought one would find a breakfast of this class in a small country town, the vinaigrette made by chef took this meal to a new level . Coffeee was also amazing Highly recommend

Definitely recommend this cafe. Nice spacious layout with character. Great coffee. The pancakes are awesome (raspberry and butterscotch). The bagel was undercooked and very are to eat with all the food layered inside it. Would go back.

Hands down the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. Actually best breakfast overall. Friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. I live in Forster but will make the trip just to enjoy this place again.

Had the Boho Breaky Brochette. Simply delicious, all the right flavours, didn’t even need to season my food with salt and pepper. Coffee was also good (partner is a coffee snob). Fresh juices also very nice and refreshing 😊 Would highly recommend.
