When you spend $92 on breakfast for 3 people, you expect a reasonable quality. Inedible bad tasting chunks of black avocado all over an Avo Smash and a corn fritter really isn’t acceptable . It’s important for a cafe like this to consider the lifetime value of a customer - we would have been worth 2k to 5k per annum to this business but now we won’t go back and we will tell our friends and family about our bad experience. So Cafe Nosh loses our 5k plus all the lost business from everyone we know… all to save a couple of dollars worth of avocado by serving old rubbish to customers. You could also consider making the corn fritters slightly crispy - you can’t just freeze and then microwave a corn fritter, it makes them soft, sludgy and pretty gross. Very disappointing, we thought we’d found our new cafe 🤢

Food is consistently great and delicious and service consistent! Burgers are always fresh and tasty and fish and chips are the best in town. Great soft tacos and burritos too! All the food is really good value and well priced. Takeaway cocktails have been amazing and great value too in lockdown.

Ordered two vegetarian style nachos with beans instead of mince. When it arrived, we realized they had not put in any beans at all. Having paid almost $40 we had felt short changed. We asked if they could add beans, instead the woman who had served us proceeded to enter into an argument insisting that we had not told her to put beans. From the beginning she was very rude and abrupt. Trying to dismiss us. Felt very belittled and dissatisfied. When another staff member intervened, he responded with "oh she's old school, that's just how she is." trying to make an excuse. What we really needed was a "can do", customer focused outlook. Not small minded attitude, very dissatisfied. Pity that one staff member can ruin all the good work of the others. Eat that.

We went here for dinner tonight. Service was really quick and our food came out fast. We ordered the Texas burger and the burrito bowl with pork and pineapple salsa. The burger was very small for $19 as was very bland. Unfortunately the burrito bowl was very bland as well. It lacked seasoning and was very dry. The portion was a good size but I couldn’t eat it all because it tasted like cardboard, although the salsa was nice. It used to be really nice here a couple of years ago but based on tonight we won’t be back.

No river views, nice friendly staff, average sandwich 🥪 for above 20$ no side salad or anything on the plate extra avo for 3$. Open after 3 pm. Patrol to the river Good choice if coffee beans fish river roasters

$5 takeaway box hot chips - chips were nice and crispy, but very small serving. Only enough chips to cover bottom of box. Where are the rest of them??? Box only a quarter full!! Feel ripped off 😠 Sit down diners seemed to be getting decent sized meals.

Food was disappointing. Fries were well cooked but had zero seasoning. The burgers were just okay but really lacked flavour. Not enough sauce or seasoning. The decor is a little bit tired and unloved and the service (while not bad) was not particularly friendly either. Also, the place is really noisy - there are various machines making a lot of noise in the kitchen area.

This was disappointing as far as I'm concerned. It was the little things that made it disappointing. Sub standard service from the time we arrived. The lady at the counter was abrupt, the food was only lukewarm. Not to mention overpriced.

Bad customer service. Milkshakes were extremely watered down. Very crowded, bad layout. very over priced. Overall two stars

Really clean, well priced variety of offerings with friendly helpful staff. Absolutely THE place to stop for a feed or grab a drink. Huge variety of meals and refreshments on offer and a kitchen who happily obliges menu alterations to meet people dietary requirements 👍😃

Waited for over an hour for 2 plates of food only to be told after we asked about our food and what happened was they didn't even start to prepare our meal, they didn't even offer us a drink or cuppa while we waited. Also about 10 or so people and even a pet dog came and ate and then left before we got up to leave, then they had the gall to ask if we wanted it as takeaway. I said no and asked for my money back and left will never set foot in there again!!!!!

You will never leave the table unsatisfied, especially with their breakfast menu. Thanks guys n gal's for always remembering my Soy Chai in the morning.

Thus establishment has built a strong following with local buisness workers for lunch crowd and is also attracting a good night crowd on weekends. I enjoyed my lunch wrap.Nice Bacon and Eggs brekkie and the boss liked her pancakes.

This place was a real surprise. Amazing decor and nice and cool on a hot day. I had the ice coffee and it was fantastic! The burgers looked great as well as the small coffee hash brown and bacon and egg roll for $13 so what are you waiting for go and get some!

We stopped in on our road trip. The food was satisfying and tasty. We had the breakfast menu: bacon and eggs, and the smashed avo; both were good. The crockery is quality and added to the atmosphere. I had a pot of chai and the loose leaf blend is very good, I strongly recommend this cafe if you're a tea drinker. Staff were friendly and I'm happy that we stopped here.2

Only had a coffee that was really good. I did see some of the food coming out that looked really nice. Will be eating there at some stage and will update review.

There’s enough chairs and tables outside which is nice if you love outdoor dining. I think they have the best coffee around Taree, but their food is plain and not very tasty.

Thank you for the most delightful breakfast. We had French toast and bacon and scrambled eggs (with a side of baked beans.) Was absolutely melt it your mouth. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was lovely! Affordable pricing! Will 100% come back again.

Friendly staff, lovely tea and coffee, decent selection of cakes. Fantastic burgers (esp. The Chicken California :) ). I really enjoy coming here with friends or the hubs.

Amazing amazing amazing I rate a town according to its best burger and Cafe Nosh's "Godfather" is the best in NSW never mind just Taree. Chicken steps and chips for the kids are very good as well. Not even to mention the delicious coffee and ice cream.

One of the best burgers going around served with golden crunchy chips 👌🏽 The smoothies are good too. Recommended

Great food, quiet busy but only a short wait for our meal. Would recommend for lunch or dinner.

We met up with a number of friends for dinner, all the food was very good, the Chicken Cesar Salad was great, the service was very good and the prices were not over the top, happy to eat there again.
