Many complications to enter the building, the reception staff working downstairs, to let you into the elevator needs first to see your ID and they are extremely unfriendly and sometimes impolite to shout at your face “where are you going”, they give you the impression that you are not welcome here and then this gate that has to be open by them and once you leave you have to call them to open the gate. I don’t like to visit this building, but for necessity sometimes I do visit it and I know in advance what kind of treatment I will have. I recommend levelling up your awareness of communication skills with others. Once that accomplished the building will look beautiful again to the eyes of the visitors.

I was interested in leasing a space here for my company. However, due to the unfriendly and poor reception desk (especially this young brunette who has her hair tied back), I decided NOT to lease here for my $500,000,000 company. As CEO, I would never want my clients to be faced with such improper and rude UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. This is a CORPORATE OFFICE, not the mafia. That front desk staff needs to be fired and replaced. All of them. Q22, you lost a HUGE opportunity. HUGE.

Terrible office building. The quality of the building is below criticism. The air conditioning breaks down regularly, imagine the horror of having no air in rooms without opening windows. In the bathroom, panels fall on people's heads. At the same time, they charge high rents there and the lunchroom had to close down due to costs. Terrible place.

I rent Office in here an can be recommend. They have Cantine, Gym and good Service. Around the Building also a lot of Shops. The Location of the Building is one of the Best. Thanks
