    Driver from Georgia was very rude, cursed me and yelling to me in front of my mother and daughter.. Beat me for my hands..this short 20 minutes ride was a terrible stress for all my family and especially for my daughter to see this.. I made a complaint to Uber Poland..and only one thing they proposed me is to return a money for this driving.. The fair solution would be to fire this driver who is really dangerous for people...I do not need a voucher..I need a justice!

    They are not helpful really rude Whenever i went there they never helped They just come in office for coffe and enjoy the day. When ever i got some problem they says everything is in application if i have to use application why i went there. They says it’s American application go America if you want solution

    Left a wallet with an id and other cards in Uber taxi, fortunately was returned after a week. Giving it 2 stars only for office workers and Uber support, they have been pretty helpful, though reaching the driver via support was terrible, absolutely the worst driver ever: rude, unprofessional and also drove me to the different place, didn’t contact me until support, though I’ve called him 20 times, and also has stolen 120PLN from my wallet. Just in case: his name is Mariusz, absolutely freaking rude and racist man, his car was Toyota auris combi, stay away from this one.

    the staff is very rude. From employee to boss. Everything is rough. Nationalist. If I speak in English, I have to stand outside, when a boy comes and walks in, speaking in Russian. there is no professionalism in solving the problem. Everything is on our site. When I say please show me the phone, he says to look for it on the website.

    It doesn’t matter whether they throw the driver, make a mess in the cabin, or kill the driver! They don't care that drivers get into dangerous situations! They only think about their income! They don’t have technical support, they only answer automatically! Uber garbage has changed for the worse over the last 6 months! People, under no circumstances should you work for Uber, there is no safety there, the majority of Uber passengers are nationalists, racists! Over the course of 3 years, I was threatened many times by passengers who didn’t pay and were deceived! The worst company, better go to Freenow, Bolt

    I had my appointment today at 2.00 pm at the office, and after waiting there about 45 mintues, i meet my advisor, not got good excuse for my query, totally disappointed with their services.

    Last week I had a ride in Warsaw and left my phone in the car. Reported this to Uber, the driver said he didn't find anything and mentioned there were other people immediately after us. Now Uber is not replying even though they're responsible. They have all the info on all rides and passangers and can easily solve the problem however I get only general replies from them. What kind of service is that 😫😔

    I am Uber courier in Cracow. Actually, I WAS, because there is some problem with my account, one little problem, and I am asking for help for ONE MONTH. And nobody cannot solve it. How it can happen? You have ticket in Jira, and what? Somebody have this ticket and DO NOTHING. And nobody cares. You are ignoring me, I cannot work (my rate is 91%), you don't get money. Who can I ask for help? God? I have all the messages saved, all your messages with ignore and "best regards"

    very rude staff inside.. especially the man who is sitting inside on 1 cabin.. they are inside to help peoples not to show rude behavior. they taking salary for this job but on the same time they are dealing peoples with rude behavior and mot giving information.😤

    Use less staf. Not helpful. If you are not polish then really resist as well. They never guide. I thik uber need to think about that and need to change the staf . They are just there only of coffe and enjoy for day

    It was my first and LAST time I used Uber. Bolt and FreeNow set the bar high with customer satisfaction and after using them for so long I am so disappointed in Uber. There is such a difference in experience. Yesterday I checked all 3 apps and looked which is the cheapest and unfortunately, I chose Uber. 1. The initial price and final price difference was 23zł! – 1/3 MORE TO PAY 2. I have given driver a TIP AND 5 STARS?! I haven’t checked the route we had because I got used to TRUST Bolt and FreeNow in this. Then It turned out driver ended our route 15 mins after I get off… I changed from 5 stars to 1. Unfortunately I couldn’t remove the tip. It can be only increased.. Maybe it is time to think about removal option? 3. I wrote to support about the situation. They made an adjustment to the cost of the trip and then silence. They did not offer any compensation. As if it was a normal situation. Maybe you better verify the drivers and take care of the customers. In the end it turned out they are not that cheap, they give you headache and the service is AT A LOW LEVEL. I don't see what they can offer to choose them over their competitors. They cannot be trusted, I feel disappointed. As a customer at this time, I do not want to use their services. I will uninstall the app. This kind of thing should not happen at a time when with competitors I never had such a thing and I have used it many times.

    As driver and seeing all the comments from the passengers I can say you can pay more than this unprofitable prices and you will see a clean cars don't pay 10 zl for 6 km and start to judge why the cars is bad

    Staff doesn't want to listen anything, don't allowed to visit uber office, guy who work in reception said that everything is online visit uber app ask in help but they doesn't reply for either, just don't want any kind of help want coffee and rest, if you really want rest why you come to the work stay home and rest , lazy people it was freaking bad response.

    The driver dropped me off at the station and drove away with my luggage... Chasing and calling after the departing car yielded no results. Calling and writing via the application also didn't help, I had to wait 48 hours for contact regarding the loss... it's just a pity that I don't live in Warsaw and I was only passing through x) Seeking advice from two officers, I showed up at the Uber office. The lady at the front desk snorted when I said I couldn't wait two days for the situation to be resolved. This whole circus finally resulted in finding the number of the driver (who apparently rarely answers the phone because he doesn't speak Polish...). I finally got my suitcase back, lost over 4 hours of my life + money for the Uber ride, had to cancel my original ticket home and pay dearly for a new one. I wholeheartedly advise against using this application... If a passenger reports the "loss" of his or her property in the carrier's car - Uber immediately washes its hands of it, the customer has to wait one or two days for contact. At this point you are at the mercy of the driver - whether he will respond or not. Only after more than 48 hours of silence on the air does the company suggest contacting the police, reporting the theft at the police station, starting criminal proceedings, etc., and often it may already be too late. In short: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

    the driver took my thing and doesn't want to give it back... Uber washes its hands of it and they don't care! They ignore my messages, they have no hotline, no address where to go, support ignores me and their text "the driver is not our employee so they can't do anything" well, mockery, I guess

    so, i had appointment at 12, but they have no difference who has appointment or who doesn't, they are just taking people who came first, so why do you make this drama of booking the appointment, you took 4 people before me who didn't have any appointments, people have stuff to do accordingly later, that's what happens when you hire cheap workers without professionalism

    my driver did not even reach me, and in the program changed the status that goes with me, did not respond to messages. Uber withdrew the funds, I wrote in support, but they also do not respond.

    Driver charges trip even though he did not do it. Uber is not helpful in such cases. They understand my frustration, but they don't believe me. Funny answer. Last taxi trip with uber.

    The driver stole the phone and did not want to return it. It turned out that the phone was located in Ukraine. The case was reported to the police and the chamber of commerce. Uber drivers regularly rob customers in one way or another. Uber unwilling to cooperate to solve the problem.
