Location and atmosphere so good but the service is slowest ever... . The guy (actually barmen) came without any note pretent that he is best waiter.... It was good impression... however orders start coming one by one for each between 15mins. In the end we figured it out actually our guest order was forgotten... No waiters passing throught if you could order in the end I pleased my wife when she is going to WC if she see the guy who had taken our order, to order one more beer. its told her that he will bring.. After 5 min. Another waiter (tall guy) come to excuse and ask for what kind of beer we order...it's discussing attitude this barmen guy. In the end bills arrived it was wrong!!!!!! It's charged more beer than we order. P. S : second guy (actually waiter) was so polite excuse two times also before the bills he served us a ice-cream from the restaurant for an excuse. also before to leave the restaurant he was waiting in the entrance to excuse again. Thanks to you very good attitude and doing good job!!!! Be careful not to order the barman...!!!

Atmosphere good. Food is so so... service is discussing... Slowest I ve ever seen in Bulgaria....

Managers and the owner should take care of their team. Service is very slow and waiters are not very friendly. Targovishte's most well known place should be better than this. People need to be happy when they are leaving. But the place and view is priceless. It is a must near by area.

Awesome view by the lake, food is okayish, and these are all the good things I can say about this place. HORRIBLE service. Part of our order was forgotten, another delayed; when everything was served nobody seemed to care if we need something else or at least have another round of drinks in the 30+* C weather…. When the bill finally came, it was billed in cash instead of our request to be paid by card, and the total was wrong, the waiter even dared to say that the prices of the water and the coke were the same, besides the menu stating otherwise…. Would never visit again!!!

The lake and the view are beautiful. The staff is polite but service is quite slow. They start serving food only after 12:30. The food was decent.

Good food, excellent location, nice service, cheap... But the oldest waiter - Sergo, this guy must be fired immediately. No good manners, very bad attitude and service. Priorities new guests and "forgetting" for people asking to pay by card. Last time waiting 20mins. Happens 3 times with me. First time I thought " it happens to forgot", second time convinced me that my observation was correct. Third time I sit down on his table by mistake😭. Sergo you are big shame for the waiter's professionals.

I've visited it, because I was advised it's a symbol of Targovishte. Too sad for the town or for the restaurant. There are two huge halls, all prepared to accommodate guests and at diner time on a casual weekday only two ladies are restaurant's guests.

Out of season highschool roma graduation ball during visit. Obnoxiously loud roma music blasting my eardrums. Shaky tables, shaky chairs. Will not coma again.

This is a famous restaurant in that area. I think, it has been around since 1921. The place has great views of the little artificial lake. Service has improved since my last visit 3 years ago.

Lovely outdoor terrace and lights. Service can be a bit slow during busy times.
