👍 A small square located near the Market Square. Thanks to the trees, there is pleasant shade here and you can have a nice rest. There are also flower beds planted with pansies and tulips, as well as other plants. We can sit on one of the dozen or so benches and eat ice cream or drink coffee. I didn't...

A small square located near the Market Square. Thanks to the trees, there is pleasant shade here and you can have a nice rest. I didn't notice any bike rack, which would be very useful here. There is an ice cream shop, a cafe, banks and shops nearby, as well as a taxi rank.

Quite a nice place to sit and relax in the shade of a tree. :) The disadvantages are: too few flower beds, too many paving stones, and no fountain; this place is begging for such an attraction.

Most of the square, maybe even 80 percent. surface, paved with concrete cubes. This resulted in the death of several large trees. It is encouraging that the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry commissioned the development of a square revitalization project. There will be more greenery and a year-round, illuminated fountain.

Too much concrete cube for my taste. It's a shame about this place. The city authorities should commission its reconstruction.

There used to be an "unwanted" monument to the Red Army here. He was nasty. But back then it was very green here. Now a few trees and ubiquitous concrete.

A piece of history for the inhabitants of Tarnogóra, it is worth knowing the facts - many people died for this monument

I was there and I didn't even realize it was Freedom Square. I didn't see any place markings, and I'm a detail-oriented person. Dear City of Krakow, maybe it would be worth checking if this place is accessible to everyone and well marked?
