    Convenient location to me, so I go frequently, but worst Starbucks I've ever been in. The customer service is appalling, and the ladies are rude and unfriendly. I have had too many issues to count, but just ignored it due to being in a rush. After my most recent visit however, I had to reach out to corporate. Let's hope they acknowledge that they need to hire new staff, because these ladies have got to go! Update....do they pick workers from the bottom of the barrel or what!? This includes managers. Everything they do at this Starbucks is a failure from laziness. The pictures is during a non busy time where they are lazily dragging our drinks through them.

    What an incredible location! Friendly AND efficient! My order was perfect! The inside is a whole vibe - so many seating options with charging close by too! And the team made it very welcoming. Colton is so kind - totally made my entire week!

    Stopped by 30 minutes to close and waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru for both of my drinks to be wrong & undrinkable , the Barista to have an attitude with me and then couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone 2 minutes later. Was the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks

    A very sleek and modern store design inside and out. This Starbucks location is very Covid Conscious and is taking mask and social distancing guidelines seriously. The staff is fast and friendly, the merchandise looks great. The drink that I ordered was also made correctly and quickly! I highly recommend this location if you need a Starbucks fix! 👍😎👍

    When you pay in excess of $7 for a drink you should get exactly what you order! I ordered a venti matcha frappe with 4 pumps mocha, 4 pumps peppermint, java chips and no whip. First she says they don't have any long straws....ugh!! Then there we're NO Java chips and it had whipped cream. So they remade it.....it was extremely thin and STILL had whipped cream on it. No one listened! Last time Starbucks!!!! If you're gonna charge what you do get it right the first time ...at the VERY LEAST THE SECOND TIME!!!!! So disappointed......

    7 staff and everyone is talking. Drive thru us 10 cars deep and the inside has 11 waiting for drinks! Okay, still here 15 minutes later, seriously? Who is the Manager? Your fired! Okay, I’m still here 20 minutes later. Please close this location!

    It SAYS light ice and the ice is literally sticking out of a drink. Every single time. I'd rather drive 5 more minutes to another Starbucks than deal with them. They rude and obviously don't care.

    Idk who trains this location but they need help! Whenever I get a chai from other locations its always flavorful. At this location it always taste just like milk…. And yes ive tried ordering with extra pumps of chai and its always just a giant cup of milk.

    On three different occasions, there has been a giant black pick up truck with a long trailer attached, parked in the parking lot. It takes up three sometimes FOUR spaces and sticks out into the drive-through lane- making it difficult. How is this OK? Does Starbucks not care That this inconsiderate person is parking like this?? There’s an entire back lot they could tell him to park in. The first time he was there, I had to barely squeeze by because he was sticking out into the drive-through lane so bad. My passenger had to get out to push in my side mirrors just to get past! The entire empty lot right behind him! Starbucks! Please stop letting this happen! It is not OK

    Waited at cashier for about 10 minutes with no one coming to ask what I would like, however free persons working there continued to walking past me, talking to their colleagues. When I finally stated if no one wants to assist me, I'll go to another store and was leaving one person working there yelled out in a patronizing manner, "have a nice day." I cameback in challenge him by asking for his name and manager name and he and another man working would only say sorry, and "we'll help you now." I told him his response was not sorry, rather sarcastic. I suppose I'll go to a local shop right down the road called "Urban Grounds."

    Legitimately time and time again I’ve gave this particular Starbucks so many chances. Unfortunately their cold brew coffee always is so harsh and disgusting. Also one time their grilled cheese made my stomach hurt so bad. As far as drinks go… worst place for cold brew is here. Idk what is wrong with their machine , every time it taste burnt. Go to Curlew and Tampa road - I’ll take the ugly route for work just to avoid this particular tarpon Ave location. Be very weary. Literally love my drinks any time I’m at other locations

    Mobile ordered here then watched as they skipped my ticket and made everyone else's first. When asked where my drink was the heavier set gentleman working there said he still couldn't see it and refused to look for my order. I went up to the cash register who found it with ease and when she asked him to make my order he told her no. She had to move my ticket to the girl who was working the drive through station who was already overworked. Meanwhile the larger gentleman who was supposed to be making my order had time to stop and have conversations with other people. Disgraceful attitude.

    This is THEE worst Starbucks on the planet. The staff is busy taking to each other to be bothered with the people waiting to order at the counter… not to mention service the drive through customers. The guy working the counter acts like he’s doing you a favor by taking our order and then saunters around chatting with his coworkers while he tries to look busy. The entire vibe at this store is cringe worthy and the attitude of the staff there is a disgrace. This week’s visit was the last time I will go to this store for a while. It’s worth driving out of the way to other locations that actually service their customers.

    Everyone is usually friendly, and the place is always clean, but something needs to be fixed here. The drive through is consistently wrapped around the building at all times of the day and moves at a snails pace. Definitely a prime location, but I think the staff may need training to be able to keep up with the flow of customers. Even going inside takes 10+ minutes to get an order

    Got here and Colton the worker in the picture above told us they had already started closing early and throwing things out so our options were nothing truly. They also turned the lights off on us and started kicking everyone out 15 min to closing. When I asked for a manger he asked why and refused to give information. Was not pleased by the service especially when you expect people to go to work and do their jobs just like any normal person. He seemed to have an attitude for the day so we happily left but very bummed with the choice of workers they employ.

    Been to starbucks only a couple times prior to visiting the tarpon springs location and was a little upset with service, but the tarpon springs location has a wonderful employee named Elsa. She was so helpful with suggestions to get the right flavor for our drinks. She made them personally and her suggestions were spot on. It is rare to have employees like that and I hope she is truly valued by her employers!!

    Waited in line for 16 minutes just to get to the window and be told they can't accept a $100 bill. Seems unreasonable a place that charges over $10 for a cup of coffee can't take the only bill that can actually pay for service at Starbucks

    The last two times I went through the drive through our orders were wrong. Today I came through and ordered 4 drinks. 2 of them frappes with coffee, one had zero coffee and the other was so strong with coffee you could taste nothing but the coffee. As I was picking them up for others I did not notice they were not made correctly until I reached my destination. Have only had great experiences until the past few week.

    Out of what I wanted cinnamon Isn't even close to Brown sugar which was his suggestion. Cashier wasted 5 minutes talking to thr guy in front of me then delayed line even longer when he finally rung him up. Maybe he should have rung him up instead of shooting the bull

    Half an hour for just 1 drink. I watched many others walk in, order multiple drinks and walk out minutes later. They completely forgot my order and kept saying it'll be out soon. I recommend the Gulf Dr or the location by 19 & Tampa rd.

    Super slow and served me a cold brew with cold foam and said sorry our cold foam is being weird and served it to me anyways! I tasted it and it was so watery, I had them replace it but why serve it if you know it’s bad.

    Every Starbucks I go to I get acknowledged as soon as I get to the counter. Not this one. Been there twice, and both times was bad. Last time we stood by the counter facing attendants who didn’t even look at us. That’s pretty poor customer service, we left without buying anything and will never go back. If you want someone to sell you coffee go somewhere else.

    This morning, the girl taking my order at the register was quite rude and impatient. On top of that, I waited a while to get my drink and the entire order was wrong. Meaning, she was not listening or she purposely did it. I asked for no whip, she put down whip. I asked for my drink to be iced, she put down no ice. This is the only Starbucks I have ever had this issue at. I suggest going to another one.

    Horrible experience. Barely acknowledged when I came in the door and there were no other customers. Stood there waiting to have my order taken. The baristas were just milling around, no sense of urgency or any clue on good customer service. After being in there for at least 10 minutes she finally starts making my order. Then proceeds to tell me they were out of apple juice for my drink. It was just an awful Starbucks experience. I’ve never had a worse experience. And the store manager was working the shift! Just sad, first and last time at that location.

    Friendly staff as what you would expect from Starbucks. We love the spinach wraps, always consistent and hits that morning craving. Young lady even offered my pup a pup cup.

    Workers were very friendly and provided great service. Honestly have a great team of workers who are not only fast and efficient but work well together with a friendly attitude. Would definitely recommend this place

    Store manager was rude to not only me but their employee as well. I understand that buying syrups is based on availability/stock but this location is the only one that consistently refuses to sell me a bottle.
