Where do I start? The staff.. 10/10. All so helpful and friendly.. we could bring OUR CATS! It all started when our car broke down on the highway on the way to Portugal, i called the hotel explaining our situation and it was no problem bringing the cats with us despite the fact that they usually dont allow pets. We needed some help with translation as our car was being repaired at the mechanic 5 min away and priscilla helped us numerous times making sure everything was going smooth, writing things down, without any hesitation! We ended up staying for 12 nights as the service and all was amazing! The last day was a bit hectic for us and we ended up leaving around 16:00 with no extra charge for late checkout. All the staff were extremely nice even came to say us goodbye. I would definitely come back again and I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tarragona. Very happy stay!

The room is extremly warm and air conditioning is not working!! Imposible to sleep well! On top, I asked for a mask at the reception and they did have not even one! Far from the city center! Nope... in my opinion, this place doesn't deserve more than 2 stars!

Sehr großes Hotel, aber trotzdem schön. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, da aufgrund des Regens die Straße zu unserem ursprünglichen Campingplatz gesperrt war. Trotz Hund und später Uhrzeit wurden wir noch freundlich aufgenommen! Es gibt auch Frühstück und Pool, haben wir aber beides aufgrund des kurzen Aufenthalts nicht genutzt. Freundlich und unkompliziert! 👍

The service was outstanding, everyone in the hotel was great with us. The room is very clean, big and modern. The bathroom is very nice. It has a wonderful terrace with swimming pool and the restaurant makes delicius food

I went there with my girlfriend and i don't really understand why instead of one master bed there were two tiny beds that moved for every simple movement. We ended up sleeping across the beds

Rooms are clean and vast, good air conditioning and agreeable baths, the beds are also quite comfortable. I didn't like how the patio's tables weren't cleaned and that the ashtrays were left full; however, the surrounding is very nice. Check-in service is impeccable ; however, room service is terrible, unreachable and none answers. Overall good quality price for the stay.

Charged my card €400 for someone else's booking a week after I left the hotel and refused to return it. I had to report them for fraud.

Nice service, good breakfasts, comfy bed. Unfortunately no bottled water in room.

I chose it for a business trip after a previous mediocre experience. Location is not special, but it has superb service, pristine rooms and good kitchen It is exactly what I need after a long working day. No wonder most of the clients I say where on working or business matters.

This hotel is the worst First of al the manager is not nice at all. She suggest that i was lying. No service at all. The first Day we arrived at the hotel we first got the wrong room with no bed for our Child. Then we got another room with the right amount of beds but no working airconditioning. So i open the Window and there is a very bad smell and still very hot. I went to the front desk and complained about it. I told the lady that the airconditioning isn't working. I opened the window and there is a very bad smell. I have astma and cant stay in a room with a bad smell and no working airconditioning in the middle of the summer. i want to cancel the second night stay. She says ok i will send the manager an email about it and will Come back to you. She didn't told me that i can get another room. The morning after the manager from hell was there. And she suggested that i was lying and that i didn't came to them and complained about the airconditioning. She told me it is defect but they will repair it today. I told her i went to the desk yesterday and complained about the airconditioning and the girl didn't give me a New room. And i stayed for an half hour complaining and she did not give me a sollution. She wont give me the money back from the second night. Because i can not stay a night longer in a room of sauna. They stole my money without a blink and tell me that i was lying. The room was also not clean at all. There were a lot of ants there. They also dont have enough money to buy decent lights. The room was very dark with the terrible Light in it. They dont deserve 4 stars!

Gut von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Auf den 1. Blick sieht das Hotel modern aus. Das Entre und die Lounge sehen modern aus. Alles sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Das Hotel verfügt über einen abgesperrten Parkplatz. Es werden gegen Aufpreis auch Dinner und Lunch angeboten. Die Lage ist gut (an der Peripherie von Tarragona) und die Zimmer ruhig.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben online das Hotel gefunden. Das Hotel liegt relativ ruhig. Parkplatz am Hotel. Es gibt auch einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Der Empfang super freundlich. Die Zimmer groß, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Riesige Auswahl. Wenn wir nochmal hier vorbei kommen, werden wir wieder dort übernachten.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was an excellent size & very clean. We were welcomed by a friendly agent on the front desk who was very helpful. The buffet breakfast had an good selection of hot & cold items. It was very busy so getting a seat at a clean table wasn't easy but that's normal for hotel breakfasts. The pool was nice & had plenty of seating / lounges. We don't normally get room service but we were exhausted from travelling all day. Food was great value for money & arrived in an excellent time. Would stay again

Poor food. The amount of food is rediculous for the price we paid and the taste was awful. Bland, no seasoning and tremendous amount of oil. Wouldn't recommend

Great hotel at walking distance from the centre of Tarragona.

Super facility, helpful staff, a little off city center but well connected via public transport. Easy parking. Family friendly. Good point to pause when you are on the road .

Service was absolutely bad! No friendly waiters, restaurant don't have full service, not enough food for our group ( we are pay for 3 meal during day). I can't recommend this hotel with lazy and unfriendly service staff.

Really nice hotel. Easy to reach from the highway. Has own parking lot and very friendly personnel. The restaurant is not too good but other than that, a perfect address for a quick stop and visit of Tarragona.

Hotel is in great condition but there are some caveats that prevent me from giving it 5 stars. The water temperature was quite unstable, and therefore I couldn't have a relaxing bath. The breakfast is a bit expensive at 9e and the parking, which I believed to be free, costs 7 euros. Nonetheless the employees are super nice, the atmosphere is great, and the rooms are big and confortable

A very nice and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and surprisingly good food. A little away from the centre of town but quick access to the highway
