Had an excellent experience here this late afternoon. There was NO wait! The staff were all very nice and efficient. The facility was very clean and organized. The physician, Brent Gooden, was thorough and explained everything clearly. His treatment method left me leaving there feeling much better than when I arrived and I can say I’m confident I’ll feel 100% in no time! Highly Recommend!

Came to this urgent care location with no appointment. Was in Texas on vacation and needed stitches taken out. Front desk woman was very helpful and friendly. The doctor looked at my hand and approved the stitches being removed. The nurse who removed the stitches was very gentle, competent, and professional. I would highly recommend this facility.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thought I would have to wait forever for my daughter to get tested for all the things. I signed up for a window of time and pre-registered. We were literally in and out in 21 minutes. Only sat in the car for about 3 minutes. Everyone was nice and fast and helpful. Definitely will use again!

Fairly quick as long as you arrive earlier than the appointment time. There wasn’t much people waiting at the lobby too so they’re not as busy. My appointment was between 10:30am-11am and I got here around 10:11am. I got a call 8 minutes later after I checked in using the QR code. The people who saw me were very straight forward and to the point. They did let me talk and explain my conditions for a bit and they listened.

Great staff from front desk to back rooms. Very friendly!! Clean and comfortable! Bring your family here! Can check in from parking lot with QR code posted on parking spot signs. Wait time was very minimal!

The woman at the front desk was very nice but technician Ana Velasquez was very unprofessional right from the beginning of our encounter. She was rude and using curse words while threatening to refuse service for me simply asking questions and pointing out that my full name was incorrect on the form SHE completed herself.

The staff and provider were very friendly and helpful! They took us in very last minute and helped us with our concerns.

I have been several times. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and professional. Very kind and compassionate. This center is my go to. The PA's are excellent and treated with meds to get me well. I highly recommend this facility and their professionals.

This was my first time here and my experience was great! The online check in was convenient and smooth, everything was fast, and I felt like my provider was very thorough. I'll definitely be back!

The nurses are always pleasent but the front desk staff really need go reevaluate their career path. They still have the phones off from Thanksgiving. When I finally got someone on the phone they were extremely rude snapping at me because their facility sent my childs prescription to a location I'm not familiar with without telling me and so my child has not had the medication they need. Absolutely the rudest people I've dealt with in this area.

The staff and care here is amazing! Very caring, very helpful. My family uses community need in Haslet whenever illness pops up. Always very fast. Doctor's and nurses are the best!

Terrific thanks . Expect to spend up to an hour waiting in your car. Great precaution. Everyone there is kind, thorough and eager to get you well!!

The front office staff is great. The doctor was straightforward. Had to go to the ER because they didn't have the tools to see exactly what was wrong.

They called and did triage over the phone before I even got there, sped up the process so much! I went to the back and was seen immediately and they went ahead and suggested testing for a few different thing to rule out how I was feeling which isn't always done at urgent cares in my experience but I loved that they did that here. I dont like when places jusy guess and tell u just go home get Tylenol and rest. They offered immediate relief as well and were thorough in explaining why I felt certain ways, all while calming any stress. They were exactly what I would expect an urgent care do when you or someone need help and quick!

Not every visit will be a 5* visit, but certain visits matter more than others. Today my 2 year old son needed stitches in his lip, and the visit today mattered more. This visit was incredible. The speed by the front desk to get us checked in and into a room was super helpful, the nurse and doctor who helped do the stitches were so quick, informative, and handled my little buddy so well. I know it’s easy to be frustrated when sick and waiting outside, but when moments like this arise, I’m left grateful and happy to have to come this urgent care.

My visit was great! The receptionist was so sweet and very patient. Curtis was the practitioner that helped and was great and to the point. Answered my questions and was so patient. The gentleman that took my vitals was very understanding. Thanks to all at the Haslett 🤗clinic.

Visited this urgent care due to high fever. They have done the checkup & determined that it’s a type b flu. The people were good. Provided like 9 pills to reduce the fever & has given saline. Just for these the bill came up to $$$ which is very expensive for the treatment given.
