I have been a student at Elemental Yoga for 4 yrs. Brynn , the owner is my instructor and she has a vast amount of knowledge in teaching yoga. She explains every pose and the benefits of each pose and will suggest a modification if you have difficulty. Brynn's ten plus years of yoga is certainly a benefit to beginning or even intermediate students like myself. Brynn is always attending classes to increase her knowledge of the body mind connection. When you finish one of her classes you feel invigorating and a positive attitude for the rest of the day!! The other instructors at Elemental Yoga are knowledgeable and have been trained by Brynn. I highly recommend Elemental Yoga!!

I love Elemental Yoga!! Can't say enough positive things about the instructors--Brynn is an A++ yoga teacher who knows and practices her craft very well, and is attentive to the needs, capabilities and limitations of her students. She has a top-notch group of instructors who are also excellent and contribute to high-quality services at Elemental Yoga. They are all kind, friendly, approachable and caring in their efforts to help others reach their potential!

Brynn Byrne and the warm staff are exceptional! I'm a 4 year devotee of Elemental and grateful for the "completeness" of their approach--the inclusion of postures, breathing, meditation and nutrition as central parts of what yoga really offers. (Just take a good look at their programs..) I highly recommend Elemental Yoga Therapy.

My partner began attending Elemental years ago before I started practicing yoga. As a runner, I was not initially interested in yoga, thinking it "boring" or glorified stretching. My first few visits proved me wrong, and also provided a new holistic experience. For full disclosure, my partner is now a teacher at this studio, and I have become good friends with the owner and other teachers. I am not writing this because they are my friends but because this studio and the classes have helped me grow and allowed those new friendships to form. I highly recommend the studio as a place of warmth, growth, and community.

The atmosphere at Elemental Yoga is very warm, non-competitive and welcoming. It's a great place to start if you're a beginner, but also challenging for the intermediate and advanced practitioners. I've been practicing with Brynn for a year and what I most enjoy is her ability to provide a whole body experience without the intimidating and authoritative style I've encountered with some other studios and instructors. If you're considering yoga, this is a wonderful place. Namaste.

Brynn is a thoughtful, intuitive instructor, yoga therapist, and spiritual leader. The classes are always wonderful and challenging, her groups are deep and empowering, and the breath work / pranayama is soothing and calming.

I am new to Yoga and have attended classes at Elemental for the past several months. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Brynn. It seems I learn something new every class and have a new experience every time. As a new student I describe myself as a sponge absorbing all the time. Brynn makes it enjoyable because you can tell she has studied Yoga extensively and takes time to teach and explain various aspects that make Yoga meaningful and real. From the very first class I took I felt a warm and welcoming spirit within her space. She is helpful with modifications of various poses I find somewhat difficult without making me feel inadequate or clumsy. The time I have spent in classes at Elemental has given me a deep respect for the dedication and work that goes into preparation and teaching Yoga. I would highly recommend Elemental for anyone at any level of Yoga practice.

I'm quite partial - I can't think of anything I don't like about Elemental Yoga. The way Brynn teaches her classes; her voice and guidance is very good. She teaches a challenging class but always offers modifications. There are class times available for before and after work. The group of people that go to class - we have all become friends. It's a great community - I want to say I've been there close to seven years. It's awesome ‼️

😐 I’ve been a member here for 3 years now. This staff is amazing, the amenities are nice, and it’s an overall cool spot. However, the reason I write this review is that the weight training aspect of this gym has gone down hill as of late. The membership price has gone up over the last 3 years which i...
