Ordered a pizza at 8:17pm with an estimated delivery at 9pm. We called the shop at 9:35 to inquire about our order and we’re met with short, rude responses. Our pizza showed up around 945pm and this is what showed up, two pizzas with toppings slid to one side :( Super disappointing.

We order from this Marco's 2-3 times a month and our pizza is always delish and fresh. We always order carry out / pick up on the website or call in the order. The manager gal is amazing and super friendly. She truly cares about her customers and works hard to make sure we are always satisfied with our pizza and experience. Will keep coming back!

First time ordering here to help my son's school out. However, I will never order from here again. The food was 15 minutes late and no one bothered to call to communicate. When I called they just said sorry for the inconvenience and told me (when food was already 10 minutes late) that the driver was just loading the food in their vehicle. There was the excuse of "we are just slammed right now" as well. If you do anything with the community, the manager should make sure you're fully staffed otherwise it's not going to help anyone. Do better.

I've always loved Marcos Pizza. Reasonable on pricing and flavored well. They are better than Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Papa John's combined. My first time being at this location recently, ended up waiting over an hour - felt bad for the manager on duty who was training all of her delivery drivers, because they couldn't get the actual helpers who work the kitchen in. I did carry out - I took a star off because the big people need to not overwork their managers and find a way to retain their help. There's a reason I don't work in the food industry or retail. Employees get overworked. I'll always advocate for employees. Above all else, Marcos has always been great food.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I’ve ordered delivery twice thinking they couldn’t mess it up a 2nd time. They did. I didn’t receive everything I paid for a 2nd time and was told if I wanted what I paid for in my order I would have to drive there and pick it up… After I paid for delivery and tipped 20%. I asked for a refund and was told no. So if you don’t want to get ripped off stay away from this place I won’t ever get pizza from any Marco’s ever again.

Marcos has become my family's go to pizza place. Great pizza, quick service, convenient location. Lobby can get a little crowded, but normally not an issue.

This was my first time ever ordering Marco's Pizza, but have heard it was one of the best pizza chains. After eating a few slices from a large pepperoni, I can't say it's anything special over any of the other chains. Maybe some of the other pizza toppings set them apart on other variations, but pepperoni is always a popular choice. I'm giving them 5 stars here because the pizza was good, and it was ready when I ordered it for take out. Most of the complaints seem to be regarding their delivery, which I never utilize for food orders because it costs way too much. I'll gladly take my $9.99 take out special ready in 15 minutes.

I order a pizza 2hrs ago and hasn't arrive yet. Called 40 min. Ago and they said that it was going to arrive around in 30 mins. More. And yet, still not here. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. I am really upset.
