A perfect place for an early morning stroll. I was actually surprised how well this park was designed and build around the natural environment. There were many scenery to see and explore, some even came here for bird photography. And the best part, it is totally free. Please do our part be responsible and keep this place clean ☺️

visited the place on Thursday, no one was there, place looks deserted. And BEWARE there's a massive Hornet's nest just beside the walkway. (Update 31st October: yeay the nest has been removed) But a nice place for wildlife photography tho

It's a very good place to be close with nature and to enjoy greenery. With silence and peace, also able to listen carefully to the birds' sounds. Special thing about here is the skywalk. Not really terrifying and it's free. We took around 1 hour to fully explore the place which we didn't expect that little. Also a good place to take wedding photos i supposed, during my visit, have witnessed 2 couple of them. I guess it used to be a tourist attraction, but recently no one keep it well maintained. It seems quite abandoned and there are lots of naturally grown bushes that have affected the scenery. Overall, still a place worth to explore with friends and family or couple.

Cool hanging bridge in good condition, good place for a walk, but not many exciting things to look at , unless one is into nature habitat of the malaysia swampy grooves

Great place for a morning walk. Entrance is free and here you'll be able to walk up a suspension bridge, do be cautious as there may be some broken planks. Place is relatively clean. Some wildlife can even be seen.

The photo is too far from the imagined scenic spot. When you enter the forest from the Malay village, it looks like an abandoned area. It is suitable for psychics to explore. There is no such thing as closing at 6:30 The road is very small and can only be driven by one car. There is no parking. It is estimated that the government allocated funds to develop the Malay area. What was the result? Let's take a look

Arrived around 4pm here. Not much visitors here with only 2 other groups of people. You can finish walking this area in around 30 mins. Was looking for some animals, birds and stuff for photos, but didnt see any except for some monkeys. Be wary of monkeys there as they may sometimes be seen chillin on the walkways. I would say the main attraction of this place is the hanging bridge. The small viewing tower is great for taking pictures of the dense forest below. The place is not well maintained but still good enough to walk and chill around. Overall a chill experience. Do remember to bring some mosqito repellent as there are a lot of mosquitoes there.

Absolutely fantastic facility! Solidly built and well maintained boardwalks and canopy walk. Better than the one in Taman Negara! 😁 Even received a brochure when checking in at the entrance. Highly recommended. Don't feed the macaques!

Great park along Sungai Perai. There's a canopy walk that might sway quite bad. Best if you can bring along a leather gloves, so you don't have to worry when you need to grab the steel cables for balance. Just keep the number of people on the canopy walk for safety sake. Plenty of Nipah trees.

Still open to the public and most of the boardwalk is accessible, but the skywalk is closed as it's now dangerous due to not being maintained. The boardwalk is in OK condition but not a long one so you won't spend too much time here. My trip was during midday so I didn't expect to see or hear much wildlife/birdcall. There was some, but not much. I think an early morning or evening timing would be better for that. On the plus side, the place is relatively clean, and best of all, the toilets were in very good and clean condition - at least the one near the gravel road.

This educational forest really calming and relaxing to enjoy natural creature. Suggested to visit early morning and early evening. But the top walk bridge should do a maintaining to avoid from any unexpected accident.

Place is nice..with a small dense forest and rest is like village with farmhouses. I went in the morning ~8am. It was relatively quiet but I still hear roadside noise. It was my first visit. I expected to see a lot of birds but could manage to see only a few. I dont know whether i went at wrong time or i am not good at bird watching. But, i really expected more birds. I will do some more visits at different times and try my luck.

Free entry, pretty well maintained walkway and suspension bridge. Met couple of bird watchers, apparently there's a resident owls couple. plenty of small animals too, saw an iguana, family of squirrels. However beware of the monkeys! Very fierce and will chase after human!! Bring a stick along to scare them off, or you would have to backtrack or take other routes

There is virtually no maintenance, one section of the hanging bridge is no longer supporting and very dangerous. The hanging bridge is the only attraction. Can't comment much on the bird watching as I'm not a bird watcher. This place is falling apart.

went here on 22 april, open at 7am-6.30pm.. for those who loves nature can come here.. lots of different species animal, such as monkeys, birds, insect etc.. the hanging bridge also quite nice for photography sessions 🥰

the place was unmanned and no public toilet. it is a good park for families to stroll and learn about swamp and its wildlife but the monkeys can be a nuisance as they tend to attract little kids and no notice to remind visitors to be alert of this. We went there on weekdays but counter was closed.

Completely free but definitely off the beaten track down h paved roads with limited signage. It’s probably the longest free suspension bridge I’ve been on.

It's a very cosy place but unfortunately it lacks maintenance in the facilities. one side of a stretch of hanging bridge was broken and there's no sign to warn the public.

Very nice place to explore. I hope Malaysia can have more places like this, reserve for nature but have facilities and a walkway for humans to visit the wild life.

  • 4/5 hrly.d 1 year ago on Google
Some of track already cracking and tilted to side. The hanging bridges were back open. Lot's of monkey sometimes they'll case you. There's not a single person selling anything not even water. So bring your own water

A very relax place to drop by but the assessable parking is quite limited since it is located at the middle roadway. Many monkeys here and there titi gantung you can experience. Need to be careful due to some unrepaired gap of the footstep. There are also gazebos and benches to rest yourself.
