    Terrible service! There is no need to tell customer the long list of order that come. And inform of the long wait. In my experience Zus coffee is slow in preparation of the drinks, in normal days even. So yeah.. well done zus coffee bertam. The server did hot have a name tag, btw.

    Strategic location, beside Caltex petrol station. Small, decent branch with a couple of four seats tables. Food and drinks were as good as other branches but a bit chaotic in service. The croissant was ready but they didn't call us.

    I was not satisfied with the service when the barista told me they don't have straw!!! As 1 of a well-known franchise, this should not have happened ... U should have alerted wt anything as this outlet is so small!

    Ordered java chip frappe and sugar pearl waffle. The consistency of the frappe memang perfect, yummy! Friendly baristas too. But they were only two table hihi.

    Really a convenient place to buy coffee-to-go. Can easily park your car at the side of the building. Would not recommend to dine in as the seating only for two groups (two tables). Aside form this, love their Iced Shaken Double Espresso!

    I went to the cafe to buy coffee However, I waited, standing in front of the counter for nearly 15 mins, but no one attended to me The staff can easily inform me that they cannot attend to me for some reason but no one approached me And I am standing there like I don't exist Very bad customer service
