Rented by bro for nephew's wedding reception@ nearby Golf Resort. Love the spacious house and the raindrop style hot shower. Good pressure too. Location is a ok despite further in. Estimated 1km from the small town which has a Caltex. However, Owner must be extra attentive and active in cleaniness. Certain furniture were dusty, air conds in the rooms suspected not service as it was not cold enough, didn't like there leftover hairs clogged at the drainage and leftover food by previous renters in the fridge, cupboard was messy with hangers and leftover of dry clean plastic bags and no plastic bags/rubbish bin were prepared in order to throw rubbish. (Had to use own.) Tv wise was not friendly. Remote was not half working half not. Should have change batteries and preferably new drinking water,not the ones from the 0.20 per L machine. The ones sealed in small cups ought to do. Owner,please take note. Improvise and your homestay will be better! PS: Dear Mekar Bertam Homestay, I don't know why I am directed to this. I meant my stay @ No. 51, Lorong Mekarsari 6. Apologies again!

A large and beautiful one-story bungalow homestay. The area is quiet and not far from the town and city of Bertam, Kepala Batas. It's easy to find food. Small hypermarkets are all nearby.
