We
stayed
here
for
a
week,
and
from
the
perspective
of
the
room
and
general
hotel
it
was
fantastic,
completely
faultless.
The
design
of
the
room
was
excellent,
beautiful
bathroom
and
very
large
bed.
Very
clean
room,
provided
services
as
they
were
needed
and
to
a
very
good
level.
Was
kept
to
one
of
the
highest
standards
we've
ever
seen
in
a
hotel
room.
The
view
from
the
room
was
lovely
also.
The
swimming
pool
and
spa
were
also
beautiful
and
very
well
maintained,
couldn't
fault
these
either.
In
terms
of
the
restaurant
in
the
hotel
(Khiva),
this
fell
considerably
short
of
the
level
we
were
expecting
for
a
hotel
of
this
quality.
The
food
was
poor,
no
flavour
or
seasoning,
and
presented
very
badly
also.
For
the
whole
time
we
were
in
Tashkent,
this
restaurant
was
the
worst
we
ate
in,
very
disappointed.
Luckily,
the
room
service
was
very
good,
however
the
restaurant
could
be
improved
significantly.
The
breakfast
they
provide
also
is
average.
If
you
don't
have
this
included
in
your
booking,
I
would
recommend
eating
elsewhere
as
the
breakfast
is
very
expensive
and
the
quality
certainly
doesn't
match
the
price.
Another
feature
that
let
this
hotel
down
sadly
is
the
location.
While
they
do
help
to
give
you
transportation
to
your
destinations
at
the
front
desk
with
taxis/transfers
with
good
service,
this
hotel
is
very
far
from
any
restaurants
or
attractions
(for
perspective,
we
had
to
walk
40mins
to
find
a
nice
restaurant).
Its
located
more
within
the
industrial/working
sector
of
the
city,
so
driving
is
almost
definitely
required
to
get
to
any
destination.
One
thing
to
be
also
be
aware
of,
they
charge
very
high
fees
for
early
check-in.
