The hotel gives you a chance to enjoy local food and culture, but with the international standard you would expect. Staff is polite and helpful, breakfast and restaurants are great. The best hotel in Tashkent so far.

I’m giving the venue a 5 star review, however I need to point out I never stayed at the hotel, only used facilities during the Tashkent Film Festival, where I attended events and had meetings. The hotel is impeccable in cleanliness and service from the staff who are eager to both assist you during your trip, but impress you with their English skills.

Left the room at 9 am and returned at 3pm. Room was not serviced. Called and first they said that they didn’t clean because I was in the room. When I pointed out that that was a lie they said they can’t clean the room unless I requested that the room be serviced. I asked why I wasn’t informed of that during check in. No response to that question. In short, five star hotel with five star prices and one star service.

Excellent services with profesional and friendly staff. My appreciation to Rixo, the person cooking my breakfast who knew my wishes just after my second day, no need to tell him the way to cook my omelet. Complete and new gym and a fantastic restaurant in the seventh floor even with live music. I do recommend this hotel without any doubt.

Just awful. Find a boutique hotel for half the price and you’ll be happier.

The location is probably one of the best anyone would have. The breakfast was very rich with excellent choice. It truly felt like a decent 5 star hotel with comparably reasonable prices. Very decent internet connection through wifi. Though the location is very central it is somehow a long walk from the street, but it should not be a problem if you use taxi or a car. Though the property is relatively new it felt somehow outdated in the rooms though it was very comfortable. The parking lot was never available in front of the entrance for staying guests as it was full of cars of the visitors and I had to park in the underground parking that is not connected to the building and I was wet under during rainy days and I had to walk with my luggage after the check-out under the showering rain. The hotel's policies on safety for COVID seem to be in place, but unlike in other 5 star hotel in Tashkent in the same period there was no mandatory disinfection of hands at the entrance and most of the guests and visitors were not wearing the masks, but it was no crowded. The distance and capacity in the elevators were not respected. One staff of the hotel's bar was coughing and not wearing mask as required which was a big concern for me. The air was very dry in the rooms and there was no humidifier. There is no coffee machine the room which was a surprise for me for this level of the hotel.

Great hotel. The rooms are comfy and beautiful. Staff is very nice but unfortunately don't systematically speak English so it was hard to communicate! It's very affordable when you compare to the comfort, and the luxury of the hotel. The location is ok, not too far from the Amir Timur place (20 mn walk). However the service is lagging behind when you realize that it's a 5 stars hotel. Having a drink at the bar for instance is ok but you pay the prosecco glass, not champagne!!!, 18€ and you have tasteless almonds and chips with it and not even a napkin. The staff needs serious training!!! Yet, I enjoyed my stay in December 2022. Thank you all!

Rooms are good , staff are polite. But they have many weird policies. Like no photography on the hotel grounds , outside the hotel is fine. Which is very weird because photography can help them with tourism.

The best hotel in Tashkent. Comfortable rooms, good location near the residence of the President. Where there are many fountains and a park area. Alai Bazaar is also nearby. The Khiva restaurant and the rooftop bar with a DJ deserve special attention. Good prices, 2 times cheaper than in Kazakhstan in a hotel of this level.

Big/convention hotel, but don’t let that fact put you off. Once you’re inside staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to Aziz at the front desk! Rooms are clean and well stocked. Plenty of dining options. Good breakfast. Centrally located.

Good comfortable hotel with superb staff. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Nice bathrooms with both shower and bathtub. Hotel is located on its own compound and feels slightly secluded (which could be both good or bad depending on your tastes).

Amazing local experience with international standards. Perfect location for full week in Tashkent. Rooms are well maintained, super clean and comfortable, the team and service giving you a feeling that you are VIP guest. The breakfast has many options, with healthy choices, fresh products and huge variety. Special thanks to Svetlana the manager who managed to address every issue with a smile. This would be our choice for our next trip to Uzbekistan.

We stayed here for a week, and from the perspective of the room and general hotel it was fantastic, completely faultless. The design of the room was excellent, beautiful bathroom and very large bed. Very clean room, provided services as they were needed and to a very good level. Was kept to one of the highest standards we've ever seen in a hotel room. The view from the room was lovely also. The swimming pool and spa were also beautiful and very well maintained, couldn't fault these either. In terms of the restaurant in the hotel (Khiva), this fell considerably short of the level we were expecting for a hotel of this quality. The food was poor, no flavour or seasoning, and presented very badly also. For the whole time we were in Tashkent, this restaurant was the worst we ate in, very disappointed. Luckily, the room service was very good, however the restaurant could be improved significantly. The breakfast they provide also is average. If you don't have this included in your booking, I would recommend eating elsewhere as the breakfast is very expensive and the quality certainly doesn't match the price. Another feature that let this hotel down sadly is the location. While they do help to give you transportation to your destinations at the front desk with taxis/transfers with good service, this hotel is very far from any restaurants or attractions (for perspective, we had to walk 40mins to find a nice restaurant). Its located more within the industrial/working sector of the city, so driving is almost definitely required to get to any destination. One thing to be also be aware of, they charge very high fees for early check-in.

I appreciate that you guys made me comfortable at Hyatt Tashkent. I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for services provided during my recent stay here. Room conditions are great for me to stay here like my home. Especially, I’d like to say Thank you very much to @Zebo and @Rixo. @Zebo always welcomes me with smile and kindness, and she tries to get me comfortable to use Regency club. The genuine friendliness of Zebo made my time at your hotel truly enjoyable. That was great experiences I've ever had. @Rixo, your expertise and services through in every dish, and I was impressed by the delicious flavors and detail kindness. Restaurant was always provided with some food by Rixo that I asked every day. I truly recommend Rixo to everyone when you have something what you want in some foods if you have a chance to visit here.

Stayed here for two weeks last May for work. Everything about the hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are courteous, professional, and always ready to help. They have a spa and a salon and other self-care services in the vicinity. The best part for me was the breakfast buffet - I think I gained a few pounds after my stay but it was worth it.

Best place to stay in Tashkent! Amazing location, incredible staff who will go above and beyond to make your stay the best one yet. I didnt catch their names but pretty much everyone working in the whole hotel is super polite and helpful, bring Uzbek hospitality to a whole new level. Room is really comfortable, with heated floors in the toilet. Great coffee machine too. Only regret is not using the club lounge despite paying for it cuz I was too busy/tired, but I did order room service and the food was so good! Definitely coming back again!

Haven't checked their rooms yet (well, why should I?) but entrance of this hotel is pretty good place for business conversations: pretty luxury environment with comfortable furniture, highly qualified personal and any type of snacks. Have been in the conference here as well: creative architecture, technologically well equipped rooms, pleasant atmosphere - your guests will be impressed for sure!

We wanted to celebrate new year in this hotel and enjoy spa. But our expectations were too high. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time Bathroom was not clean, even had blood spots on the door. Strong canalization smell in the room- I called to reception desk, they gave as a compliment a cupcake, but problem wasn’t solved. About spa - Sauna was 60’C and steaming room was most of the time without steam, so was no point to go there. We left earlier because it was not pleasant to stay there I’m not recommending to choose this hotel as a 5 ⭐️
