Great hotel! Very professionally managed. Stayed here on two occasions and the service was great. The breakfast buffet has extensive selections including made to order eggs. Staff was very helpful and had good English. King rooms are spacious, reasonably priced and there is lots of hot water. A lighter lunch is available in the bar area. A cheeseburger and fries can hit the spot two weeks into a trip. There are several outside restaurants in walking distance and a small store for snacks about 100 meters from the front door. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes from the international air terminal.

Honestly, I was expecting more from Lotte. The room is dated and not very clean. It's like a soviet style. There are stains on the lamps, walls, etc. The TV is so tiny. And hair left from previous guests. And shampoo is just awful. Im gonna go and buy my own. Also, no one greets you at the entrance, I had to look around for the reception. The reception lady was friendly, though, and the bed is comfortable. I'd say a good 3-star or 2-star hotel.

Nice surprise to find this Korean hotel in Tashkent. Service is great and the rooms are nice and big. The room decor is slightly dated but this is just due to the historical building. Breakfast is stunning with both western and Korean style dishes.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Caring, helpful, welcoming. I am very much impressed. Mostly in Uzbekistan people sincerely try to please you but when it comes to high end services it doesn’t look organic. Lotte Hotel is a different story. TOP level. The building itself is a little bit old yet well maintained. Windows are NOT soundproof so I recommend to ask for a pool view if you’re light sleeper. The breakfast was great and had many different options. Overall we were happy with the hotel and definitely recommend it for staying. Great value for money.

Could be an excellent, almost five star hotel with a good location. I experienced some discrepancies in the lobby bar where first the draught beer was off, then the offered bottle beer wasn’t cold (the same for the coke). Regarding service staff quality, some improvements would be needed. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, you can even get fresh pressed pomegranate juice.

Hotel was excellent and their roof top dining was excellent ambience. Food was great too :)

Beautiful Comfortable hotel with Hospitable Staff We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. firstly, I would like to praise the staff for being so nice and hospitable. All of them approached us well and were very quick and helpful. I would like to specially thanks Munir, Ahmed, Abdul latif , Kudrat , ziyodullah , omar and all staff for their service and hospitality. The hotel was very clean and hygienic. Hand sanitizers, face masks were provided everywhere at the hotel. All staff members wore mask and gloves all times. The hotel has a very cozy feel to it. the rooms were well arranged, neat and comfortable. Heating system was perfect, and our balcony had a nice view. The room had all the necessary items like bathrobes, fridge, toiletries and a safe. the breakfast was amazing had a lot of options and Korean cuisines included everything served hot and well arranged as you can see from pics. The location of the hotel is not too far from the airport and is surrounded with good restaurants and other amenities. hotel has saloon, gym, money exchange, gift shop etc. the staff recommended us good restaurants and were always ready to help us out for taxi and other services. Room service was very quick as well. If I were to come back again to Tashkent I will Definitely stay here again

Like: I liked the super friendly staff on reception, the location, size of the rooms. Carrot juice on breakfast. Clean. Dislike: It's kinda oldschool. Freezer didn't work, no safe in the room, noisy windows to the street. Breakfast has a wide-range of things, but the food is mostly fatty. Room service not always available. Poor wi-fi.

Excellent location, dated rooms with a few small issues. Fantastic courtyard and a great restaurant with very friendly staff. Happily stay here again as it's a comfortable 4 star hotel.

Every morning, I drank carrot juice. And many, various fruits. And the nearby park and Broadway were also nice. Special thanks to the friendly staff.

Great location. What spoiled this for us is that we had booked room for 2 adults and 1 child (age 14) online. When we arrived we were assigned a king-bed room which was clearly meant for 2, not 3 people -- 2 sets of towels, 2 drinking glasses, 2 robes, 2 teacups. We were told that if we wanted an 'extra bed' we would have to pay a hefty additional extra charge (beyond what we had already paid to have the 3rd person in the room). When I book and pay for 3 guests, I expect to get a room for 3!

Worst bathroom amenities I’ve ever seen. Hope the hotel management will pay more attention to the quality of products provided. Anyway, very good location and very friendly staff.

No hot water and no electricity with this price???? One of the worst hotel ever. But, breakfast was not that bad.

We walked to the restaurant but no one there to greet us and not sure open or not. Had customers at one table only the rest was empty. Had to call someone from the back to get service. Ordered steak and the waiter did not ask how I wanted it cooked. So I told him but he didn't understand. So he went to the kitchen with our order and then returned to ask how we wanted our steaks cooked. No napkins was given to us so had to take from another table. Did not come to refill our water. For the amount of money the food was the service was not good.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Interesting and good breakfast. Gotta wave'em down for coffee. Great spot located very close to the metro. Highly suggest getting to know it. Super cheap and easy to use. People are very friendly. Also Breakfast beers/ Mimosas. Classy. Also the hotel bar doesnt seem to close. So watch out. :)

Very very great hotel. Rooms are very Clean, bed is really comfy. Service was great and the breakfast is amazing. Also nice: you can exchange money at the hotel. A very nice place to stay.

The staff here is fantastic. The soundproofing on the windows, however, is abysmal. There is a nightclub nearby that blasts bass into the room until 4am, so try to get a room on the southwest side facing the courtyard. You'll still get a lot of noise coming into your room from the nearby throughfare, but at least it won't be 70 decibels too loud. This hotel has a ton of potential, a good location, an excellent spa, and a pretty great breakfast spread. If they'd soundproof those rooms, this would be five stars.

The hotel was just like any other three star property here in India. Suitable for the people who are tour planner because they crack very economical deals with these hotels with fixed booking and can be of good value for money for the visitors too. The room service was not up to the mark and otherwise also staff was not very professional, the reason behind that might be the language barrier. All in all an average hotel with good food. Can be tried.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is phenomenal. BUT some of the rooms are VERY loud. Make sure that you are not over the karaoke bar. They turn the music up really loud around midnight. The hotel staff was very accomodating and changed my room to a quiet one when I asked, but it was still quite a nuisance and I definitely was not well rested the next day. It's a great hotel, but make sure you ask for a QUIET room.
