In
October
2022,
I
brought
my
mother
for
treatment
to
this
Specialized
Republican
Urology
Center.
To
be
honest,
I
didn’t
really
like
the
attitude
of
the
medical
staff
towards
visitors
and
patients
in
the
institution.
I
understand
perfectly
well
that
now
all
Specialized
Republican
Centers
have
been
transferred
to
self-financing,
that
is,
costs,
including
services,
bed
days,
prescribed
medications,
consultations
of
all
doctors
and
nursing
services
must
all
be
paid
by
the
patient.
But
since
you
were
transferred
from
state
support
to
self-financing,
then
why
is
there
no
transparency
in
the
issuing
of
invoices
for
treatment???
They
try
to
take
money
past
the
cash
register!!!
In
my
case,
we
went
to
the
doctor
Soliev
Tursunkhuzha
Holkhudzhaevich,
head
of
the
Urology
Department
in
the
hospital,
located
on
the
second
floor.
He
ordered
all
the
tests
and
MSCT
with
contrast
to
identify
the
cause
of
my
mother’s
renal
colic.
I
have
come
to
terms
with
the
fact
that
there
are
huge
queues
for
ultrasounds
and
tests
and
for
consultations
with
anesthesiologists
and
therapists.
Within
two
days,
we
underwent
a
comprehensive
examination,
found
a
stone
in
the
left
ureter
and
diagnosed
an
echinococcal
cyst
of
the
left
adrenal
gland
with
a
size
of
13
cm.
The
stone
was
removed
transurethrally.
But
when
the
time
came
to
remove
the
Echinococcal
formation
of
the
adrenal
gland
using
the
laparoscopic
method,
Soliev
Tursunkhuzha
Holhudzhaevich
said
behind
closed
doors
of
his
office
that
it
would
cost
$500
and
plus
all
self-financing
costs,
that
is,
plus
another
10
million
soums!!!
And
here
I
have
a
question:
why,
when
the
state
is
actively
pursuing
a
policy
of
fighting
corruption,
are
such
bureaucratic
and
corrupt
individuals
still
working
who
are
trying
to
profit
from
people’s
illnesses???
Are
they
really
missing
the
money
that
people
already
pay
to
the
hospital
through
self-financing
for
all
the
services
in
this
clinic???
We
spent
4
million
500
thousand
soums
on
a
comprehensive
examination
(with
unnecessary
tests)
and
transurethral
surgery
to
remove
a
small
stone.
But
the
formation
of
the
left
adrenal
gland
has
not
yet
been
removed,
since
different
surgeons
make
different
diagnoses,
some
believe,
based
on
the
results
of
hormonal
studies
of
venous
blood,
that
it
is
a
pheochromocytoma
of
the
adrenal
gland
and
that
it
is
necessary
to
undergo
treatment
before
the
operation
and
then
operate,
there
were
even
doctors
who
wanted
it
for
a
huge
amount
of
money
for
approximately
50-60
million
soums,
to
remove
this
formation
through
a
robotic
operation
using
the
laparoscopic
method,
despite
the
results
of
a
hormonal
blood
test!
