    Turkish Airlines is the biggest companies of the world and in these days almost everyone flying with them. But very small office for whole city always crowded and lined up. Very unorganized Only 2 operator working and they are also slow you have to wait outside because the guard won’t let you in. People have to wait hours only for asking couple questions because they are not answer their phone. I hope their administration in Turkey will pay attention to it. But i see from other reviews they even didn’t pay attention to reviews this means they don’t care about customers. Poor service poor communication.

    Great service in the office. Quick and professional, though some smile would not harm otherwise they seem all very serious. Had to wait for a couple of minutes the staff finish chatting between themselves before they looked at me, but never mind as long as my issue was resolved quickly afterwards. I did not call - I just dropped by during the working hours.

    I have traveled more than 10 times with Turkish Airlines for work reasons, and my overall experience is not good. I travel with my family (my 4-year-old daughter and my husband) and, if you don't do the online checking, we feel separated. I once complained to a flight attendant because they gave my daughter a seat alone when she was 3 years old, and she very rudely told me that I had to put up with it. The application to reserve seats works very badly (several colleagues from my company who have had problems, and also me). Last time, it was the worst problem. Turkish Airlines did not let us board due to missing the PCR test of my daughter, who was only 4 years old, because according to what they said, at our destination it was necessary, but when we arrived at our destination, the workers of the same Turkish Airlines airline told me that the children children under 6 years old do not need a PCR test to enter the country. The airline workers are uninformed, they don't know anything and therefore they become too restrictive. I do not recommend traveling with Turkish Airlines

    At the end of July 2022, I had a very pleasant experience in the Tashkent's local office of Turkish Airlines Co on Navoi Street. If I remember correctly the name of a young elegant lady who assisted me that time, Natalia is a very experienced and professional agent. She has done almost impossible arrangements on my existing ticket return segments: Helsinki- Istanbul, Istanbul- New York. Because I wasn't able to get on time Transit Shenghen VISA for stop in Helsinki, my return segments have been arranged for S.-Petersburg in Russia flying directly to Istanbul, then to New York. And it was very convenient for me because my plan was to stay in RUSSIA anyway, with a pre-arranged route from Vyborg to Helsinki. I just have to underline that before going to the Airlines' agency branch in Tashkent, I had done all necessary parts of "homework" as I had felt that my knowledge of possible alternate options with flight numbers, dates and timing would be helpful for my case assistance. Usually, such arrangements are to be done by a travel agency (in my case - "One Travel"), who sold a ticket to a passenger. But they never responded to me, and I've submitted my written request through the Feedback Communication option on the Turkish Airlines' website (which is a must for approval in such or similar cases). I just had to grab the printout paper from Airlines' Customer Relations dpt with advice to seek assistance in the local branch, my "homework" data, & my return ticket had been arranged with No any Extra Charges. Bravo and thank you, Tashkent's Turkish Airlines' agency and its agent Natalia!

    I was at the office a couple days ago because my baggage is lost. They promised me they found my baggage in Dubai and that it was forwarded to my city of choice and that it would arrive on 1st of September. That is 2 days ago I still didn't get my baggage. I feel betrayed

    I booked my tickets for Europe at this office, but even though I gave them my email and phone number, I wasn't notified of my flight's delay. As a result I had to wait 3 hours at the airport for nothing in the early morning. On top of this, because of the delay, my flight landed at the same time as my connection departed. Once in Istanbul airport, I could find no staff for 30 minutes. I had to go to the gate of another TK flight to ask for support. When I finally found the TK information desk, staff was unwelcoming and cold. I was given a ticker for a free meal which I didn't order, because my new connection was only 30 minutes later. In the end, the second connection was AGAIN one hour late. There was no one at Istanbul airport at the time of this story, so nothing to explain the delay. I will not take this airline again, even if I have to pay more.

    I just came to Fergana branch of Turkish Airlines ,located at the Fergana international airport, to ask couple of questions however, unfortunately I found the branch closed and no one knew when employees of branch will come to the branch. I found 3 customer service numbers and called them but no one answered the phone. It’s so bad customer service I ever saw.
