Decent hotel with good service. The hotel is clean and at a good location. Just that it has very weird water system as cold water comes out like every 5 to 10 seconds and it makes very bad shower experience in cold weather.

This relatively new hotel is located several km away from downtown. The Hotel was equipped with a small gym and karaoke lounge. Buffet breakfast was good, and included the local foods. We stayed in a suite which was located at the very end of the corridor so that it was quite quiet. I chose suite based on the comments about noise from karaoke lounge. I could in deed hear the noise when I sat/ lie on the floor, but the volume was very small and did not interrupt us from good sleep. Here are a few things to mention: toilet paper supply was not enough (no additional rolls provided) so we had to call housekeeping for additional supply. Temperature control was not possible (perhaps I wasn't only able to find the switches), so that I felt quite hot in the gym. No towels or water supply in the gym.

Good service and food. Rooms are nice and feel relax. But at late night KTV songs heard softly.

There is a gym, billiards, and a golf course (but you need to take your own putter). The restaurant's taste is not bad but the music is so loud and cringe. The rooms are pretty good.

Pros 1. Friendly staff. I am a local so don't know about theirs other language skill. 2. Indoor golf course, gym with only few facilities, spa, bar and a club which is closed due to the pandemic Cons 1. Staffs don't know their own hotel facilities 2. Limited buffet without fresh fruits 3. Expensive buffet (20k Kyats per pax whoops) 4. Hot water is not working properly 5. Property is at the outskirt of the city 6. Non sound proof rooms so it will be hard to sleep when the club opens. Not recommended for budget Travelers.

The Suite room is nice. The furniture are unique and I like them. The staff are very courteous. I take two sessions of room service massage two nights. The massage girls are very professional, & well trained. I left a remote control of an Android Player at the hotel. I called the hotel, they found it, and amazingly, a staff ride his motor cycle and delivered it to the hotel in Inle Lake, where I was staying after I left Taung Gyi, and which is about 1 hour away from Taung Gyi.

The hotel is decently priced for its standard rooms. The hotel is very near to express bus stops and is near to the town centre. The service is good, and the girls at the counter are pleasant and really patient. The local food for its breakfast buffet are of high quality as well. Overall, it's a worthy place for its price. Recommended.

Lovely hotel not too away from the city center yet you feels the peace and quiet. Have a nice bar to chill in the evening as well.

Room service was good. Best breakfast with Fresh juice. Reception staff are too slow and bad customer service.
