Rooms are pretty small. There is construction site beside the hotel so it’s pretty noisy during the daytime. Staff are professional and polite. WiFi is fast. Rooms are clean. Beds and pillows are comfy. I liked their restaurant a lot; good price and great food menu. Taxi service is available and the price is cheap. The hotel is located in a good spot. There is a church and a night market near the hotel.

I would give more stars if they can offer more European breakfast buffet lineup. The room is nice and clean. The floor has certain coldness like it was stepping on the rock slab although it is decorated with hardwood floor like texture. It is not very nice in cold season. The Deluxe room doesn't have bathtub although the bathroom is quite spacious. Parking space is just enough for 8 cars or mostly 10 if the cars are small hatchback types. For an overall, I'd give 3 stars.

Said it's haunted. Said to be renovated from a hospital. Some rumors from friends. Haven't seen anything suspicious yet. Will update soon. Oh. The hotel is nice and there's a construction going on. So, there might be a lot of noises.

I stay here with my family.. Nice Location, Good Dinning area, Verity of Breakfast , Co operative Staff, Very nice House keeping .. My parents catch cold and they shivering,, housekeeping staff within a call come and put heater , provide extra blankets.... As we are pure vegetarian they provide veg chazan on request..

Very nice hotel at a decent price of USD 45 per night. There is in hotel room service but the kitchen closes around 8-9pm. Great buffet breakfast featuring local food. No elevator at the time of my visit so take a lower floor if ascending stairs isn't your forte. Nice flatscreen TV in room with iffy reception on most channels, but still you get a decent handful of programming. A/C works great, but you probably won't need it. Taunggyi is pretty cool. Bathrooms are very nice as well with hot/cold water. They even provide two types of sandals per room. Wifi is decent as per the standard in the country, just don't expect blazing speeds. The fridge is stocked and the upcharge is not so bad. Staff is super friendly and accomodating. Underground parking available. Don't pay in Local Currency (Kyats) they will profit from the exchange rate. Pay in USD. TL:DR Nice hotel for such a low price. Good Internet. Free Continental Buffet Breakfast. Excellent service/staff. Flatscreen TV +30" (roughly). No elevator. Ripoff exchange rates. Don't pay local currency. Use USD.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Try the Shan noodles at breakfast. Delicious. They charge in USD, so if you're paying in Kyats, don't let them give you a bad exchange rate.

Nice Hotel in Taung Gyi for short stay. We stay one night at UCT Taung Gyi. Room is small but clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is so nice and we like local Shan noodle very much and want to have it again. On the main road and need to drive 5 mins to Taung Gyi Myo Ma Market. Only downside is there is no lift so you have to climb up the stairs. Staffs are very friendly and attentive.
