Amazing location and insane views of Yangon. This place is a huge draw for expat crowd. Very expensive for the quantity of food served. Quality is great though.

Really a fantastic roof top bar for having a Friday evening beers with friends or colleagues. You can see the amazing view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. In my point of view, this place is only good for drinks as they do not have many selection for dinner except tapas. Pricewise it is a little bit expensive. Manager and waiters will welcome you speaking in English! Not sure the manager is Burmese or foreigner (more look like a Burmese guy). He greets me in English when I walk up the stairs even I greet him first in burmese. It means lots of foreigners comes to this place I guess. Anyway, recommended !

Nice rooftop bar to wind down after sunset. It felt more spacious than some of the other rooftop bars I visited. You can also order food from Mahlzeit German restaurant on the first floor to enjoy with draft beer.

Great view over Yangon downtown and has an excellent vibe. Good beer and actually you can order food from German restaurant - Mahlzeit downstairs. I do not recommend cheese fondue from there because it wasn't acceptable at all. Sausage platter was alright. One of good rooftop bar you can go in Yangon.

Views and decorations are so nice and greatful. You should try once to do party with friends at there or should go to feel rooftop bar taste with Yangon River view, sunset and city view. But Atlas menu prices are so luxury for guests.

What distinguishes Atlas from other Yangon sky bars is its spectacular view of both the San Chaung skyline and the distant Shwedagon Pagoda. As such there are views on offer for each direction. A DJ was playing in this open top bar (located 12 floors in the air!). The music was good, not overpowering, the ambiance was nice and chilled out. The staff were fairly prompt in making my beer. However, there were no high stool seats at the bar for the lone patrons. As such, it excludes people who want to go for a quiet drink by themselves. The arrangement of the bar is such is that it caters to large groups - not necessarily a bad thing but large groups are only part of the consumer market. Also, there is little intimacy between tables as the bar is quite open visually. All in all, a good bar to start off a night out in San Chaung but it loses its wow factor after a couple of rounds.

Used to be the best rooftop chilling lounge in Yangon, with a variety of wine and quick bites. But my last visit made me feel really disappointed. The place has turned to become a very usual beer bar with BBQs happening next to your table. The audience has also changed. There was a hip-hop dj playing jams from 2000s. There was no jazz or deep house vibe anymore. A total ruin.

I would have given 5 stars for the music, vibe and drinks unless the staff clearly wanted us to go back and not to order more at 8 plus. Maybe due to the accomodation and transportation plans for them.
