Excellent service! Tonight I had a catering order for a team of 20, in the process of loading the order into my vehicle a lid came loose one one of the large trays of gravy spilling into the box of potatoes and making quite the mess. The woman helping me; Liz, went above and beyond to help fix my clumsiness, replacing the now gravy soaked order with a brand new batch, even going as far as helping me clean the spilled gravy in my vehicle. She was extremely kind and helpful and to return the phrase she used; “The world needs more people like Liz!” Exemplary service, couldn’t be happier, will definitely be back soon!

I am posting under my husbands name because I don't have an account. Went into the KFC store to place my order - a 16 piece bucket and an A la carte pot pie. When I received my order I checked to see if the pot pie was in the bag. I didn't see it and told the server. He said "it is in there" he looked, only to find it wasn't. Got the pie and saw that the French fries were also missing. Again, I let the server know and he said again, "the fries are in there." No they weren't, so had to wait for French fries. Everyone acted irritated that I was checking my order. When I got home, the biggest disappointment was the soggy, meatless, tasteless chicken. Not to mention the coleslaw that was watery with too much vinegar. I should have brought the entire order back but didn't want to deal with the hassle and attitudes. Very disappointed in the quality of the meal and the inattention of the staff who should have made sure the food was fresh, chicken crispy , not soggy and old and the entire order was in the bag. Will not be purchasing from this KFC again.

I got chicken littles and a few other things the spicy chicken littles literally has a spot of spicey sauce if I wanted regular chicken littles I would’ve asked for it …

We stopped here to get dinner last night and Elizabeth was as the front counter to help us. She was kind and patient not only with us but every co worker I saw her interact with while waiting. It’s not very often these days that you see an employee smiling behind the counter somewhere and let me tell you, it made all the difference. She is a wonderful employee and they are lucky to have her.

Went in last night to order dinner. They appeared to be fully staffed, but the wait was insane. I ordered on the kiosk (2 normal meals, wasn't a large order). It took 25 minutes to get my food. There were probably 8 other people waiting as well. I feel like the kitchen gets overwhelmed with online orders, completely screwing over the people who actually go to the restaurant. The food wasn't great either. The chicken tenders were super small, and the biscuits were flavorless. To be fair, this was my first time having KFC since 2010, it's possible they changed their recipe. Regardless, it was not a good experience.

They took away the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. My son said it was delicious so I'm rating on this. We didn't order anything else. We were so mad!

Did a mobile order and they forget items not once but twice super annoying 😒 🙄 ... please check your food before you leave.... save yourself the headache!

The manager, Liz, was so kind and respectful.. everyone was nice.. the food was great.
