Ericca is the best! She always makes the best sandwiches and has excellent customer service. Although, I do feel bad for her when it’s busy and she is the only one there, but she always does her best! :)

First time in quite a while. Subs were good. Made as requested. A little pricier than it was the last time I was there, but if I ordered on line, I would have saved a bit.

So this is one of only 3 Subways I’ll eat at in the area. For good reasons. I’m a clean freak and watch people who prepare my food. This staff gets it. Very clean. Attentive. Food is always fresh. Also cool story…..My young girl dropped her sub off the table and the young lady behind the counter immediately rushed over and not only helped clean but then immediately gave my kid a new sub. 6” meatball for free. Can never go wrong with service like that.

I visited the store at 12:30pm. There were 2 people working and 1 just sat in the dining room eating with a line of 8 people waiting to order. The crew should not be allowed to take their lunches during rush hour (12-1).

I went to order a sub. It seems that the service was incredibly slow. The shop wasn't staffed properly. I had to leave due to time constraints. There was no manager at the time LUNCH. However the lone worker held her own. I just ran out of time

With so many Subways in and around Taunton, this one is less busy, in my opinion at the times I have gone in, than the rest. Plenty of seating. The setup is efficient. Parking could be better. The food is always good and the bread is never overcooked or stale.

Clean place and friendly but owner is a penny pincher , got a tuna sub and the scooper is small as hell . Tuna barely covered the 6 inch sub and they want more money just for extra when what they give you barely covers the bread .. wont be back ..

My husband and I stopped by around 3pm on a Sunday. The worker was by herself finishing an online order, she was working alone. The sandwiches she made looked great, but the knives she used to cut were covered in meat/sauces from other sandwiches. She didn’t wipe the knife cleaner off before cutting the sandwich, I didn’t even eat mine. I’ve heard bad reviews about this subway but figured I’d give it a chance. Never again.
