Die Leistung korreliert mit dem Preis. Das ist ok - noch Luft nach oben. Der Service passt überhaupt nicht zum Standard eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Meine Bewertung erfolgt aufgrund meines Erlebnisses heute beim Auschecken. Ich kam zu spät zum Kundentermin, weil ich den Parkplatz nicht verlassen konnte. Um 1030 Uhr - heute - musste ich zweimal zurück zur Rezeption, weil die Karte fehlerhaft war. Mitarbeiter teilten mir mit sie seien nicht zuständig. Auf meine Frage warum niemand auf die Sprechanlage an der Schranke reagiert, wurde mir mitgeteilt das Telefon sei gerade verlegt. Kurzum - was macht ein 5 Sterne Hotel für mich aus …. Die Menschen und der Service. Habe ich beides vermisst.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und vorbildlicher Service. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sehr geräumig und gute Ausstattung. Lage sehr zentral (ca..300m zum Kurhaus). Parkservice wird angeboten.

Very nice class Hotel. This is one of the best hotels you can find here. Surely, this hotel is not cheap but it's worth all the money. They have a very beautiful lobby, nice restaurant, beautiful interrior design, nice gym, nice spa area and all of the restaurants and cafes are walking distance from the hotel. Staff here is very nice, very helpful, very friendly and polite. They are willing to answer all of your questions and always will approach you once they feel you need something. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

The best location. Did you know a natural hot spring fills their gorgeous infinity pool w views, and their spa services are first rate. Do not miss Hannah for your facial and mani. 2 days was simply not enough. Steps from shopping, restaurants, casino, theater, Christmas market. Overlooks the largest outdoor ice skating rink in Germany. Staff amazing. Restaurants and bar great too. My room is perfect. Thank you!

It's a wonderful hotel located in the center where everything is in a few walking distance away. I highly recommend this hotel because everything here seems top level. They have a gym, a spa, a sauna, a restaurant, a beautiful lobby, and everything is clean and elegant. I highly recommend this place.

Nassauer Hof is a beautiful property in the city center of Wiesbaden. The staff is very professional and accommodating. When we first checked in the A/C in our room was out of order. We requested a change of rooms and they upgraded us to a luxury suite. There are plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance and shopping opportunities abound. I have zero negative comments about this hotel and would absolutely stay here again if I ever returned to Wiesbaden.

A bit pricy but it is definitely worth it, a very fancy place with live music and very nice staff.

This hotel deserves 6 stars! From the absolute outstanding reservation team, reception team, concierge, valet and house keeping, everyone we came in touch with over a course of a 2 week stay, was on top of things! Quiet rooms, we had the best sleep. Beautiful view to the Kurhaus. Absolut best location in the center of Wiesbaden, walk to dine, shop or walk in the Kurpark. The housekeeping was exceptional, cleanliness 10/10, and very fast, excellent turn down service, incl bottles of water every evening. If your personal preference is a firmer, mattress, this is your hotel. However some of them are softer, and everyone is very helpful to find a suitable solution. The breakfast included, fresh fruits, fresh pressed juices, smoothies, variety of eggs, excellent selection of bread, sausages, and Joghurts, Nutella, it is possible to order pancakes, which were absolutely delicious! The service Team every morning, was impeccable, a true 5 star hotel, we will definitely be back! The rooms decoration is classy, sophisticated, not brand new, however great quality furniture, cleanliness 12/10. Highlight is the rooftop terrace Spa, absolute amazing gym, and last but not least, own hot spring under the hotel with thermal water for the pool. 12/10!

In the centre of the city this is really a pearl :) The food was top class! If you ever want to know how duck is supposed to taste go here ;) thx for the great evening !

Hotel's good days are long in the past. Our reservation was lost, the room was felt abandoned, breakfast is not that rich (few sausages, eggs and ham), and bed linen was synthetic. We also paid for queen bed, but got double

Very happy we chose to stay here! The room is cozy, the staff is very friendly, the pool is perfect. The terrace by the pool offers great tanning. We will be back! On night 8/10 and zero complaints. Will recommend to all visiting friends and family.

Nassauer Hof is very conveniently located and is packed with amazing eats and boasts great service. To start with, it is conveniently located near the shopping/ restaurant area, all accessible by walking. And also a few minutes walk to the casino. It houses one of the best restaurants in Wiesbaden: Ente. And the breakfast (omelet + fruit selection) is one of the few hotel breakfasts that are actually worth the price. There was a young man, M. Hayer I believe, who was one of the best waiters I've had the pleasure of encountering. The front desk staff also impressed me by their professionalism and service with a smile. I had lost a luggage at the hotel and they tracked me down and held onto it until I could get back. Only thing is parking is not too accessible for guests. You have to get valet parking at $3 an hour! Also parking in this area in general is quite difficult.

A favourite of mine. I always recommend it to visiting family and friends. Those that take the recommendation are always thrilled. The rooms are beautiful and well detailed as one would expect. The service was outstanding and staff are very kind. I visited recently just for the breakfast and a fabulous morning.

Hotel room OK, breakfast great, getting food in the evenings proved impossible and a smoking bar really. Aimed at the wealthy plump and old businessman & politician me thinks. Top floor pool was amazing and the Christmas booth selling gluwein etc outside the hotel was a lovely touch. Staff where wonderful

Absolutely wonderful. Great spa, fitness and health facilities, including a hot-springs therapeutic roof-top pool. Lovely spacious rooms, excellent attentive service and a rare all-smoking cigar piano bar, central location to shopping, very cosy and relaxing place to be; what else can I say 😉

The hotel is beautiful and really well located in the city centre. Room was spacious clean and the view was fantastic! These are all the great stuff about the hotel, however, we were disappointed from the "full service spa" which only included access to the pool and entrance to the sauna (a pretty basic feature in a full service spa) was at additional cost per person per day. That's just disappointing and annoying when you are already paying almost 300 euro per night. Unfortunately that just contributed to the feeling that we are not valued as their guests, just not good expectations settings. You might really enjoy this hotel, as long as you don't expect a luxury spa experience as well (unless you're fine with paying extra when it's not stated anywhere that you should).

My stay at Hotel Nassauer Hof was fantastic. I was there for the Elton John concert which was across the street for two nights. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly, helpful and caring. My room was very large and extremely comfortable with a view to the main square. Housekeeping did an excellent job. I used the swimming pool with thermal waters which was great and relaxed on the roof deck with amazing views of the entire city. The food and beverages in this hotel was also amazing. Service however was top notch. Only complaint is that I didn't stay longer. This is probably the best hotel in terms of service and comfort that I have stayed in Germany. Not one problem. Perfect in every way.
