A consultant from OPSM Taupo saved my holidays! I left my contact lenses at home when came to Taupo for 3 days. Of course, I didn't have a prescription with me. That wonderful lady called my optometrist, got the prescription and found lenses that I needed. Thank you very much for your help and attitude!

After many years of being unsatisfied with glasses not being appropriate or a burden I visited OPSM taupo. In short I am so pleased with the outcome. I have the service was great especially from the assistants and I just love my new glasses.. Comfortable to wear and no issues from the first time I put them on. Will definitely be returning. Sorry guys, have appreciated the good service I have received from you over the years but I can't accept the poor quality photogromatic lenses you are supplying.I have now had 2 pairs where the coating breaks down and the lense becomes crazed.both just out of warrenty. There won't be a third pair as I am changing my optometrist.

Honestly hand on heart these guys are the real deal. I love that l may need glasses ever 2 years they always remember me. I honestly feel special and l love coming back here. I had a thorough eye examination and everything was explained very clearly. The new glasses were fitted to my satisfaction and I am now getting used to wearing them on a regular basis. A big improvement.
