Not served by staff. Had 5k in our pocket, wanting a new sofa. It was the weekend and made the error of wearing tee shirt and shorts...not my business clothes. So wife and I completely ignored as staff helped cushion buyers etc. Sad really...we waited for 15 minutes and left. We are a mixed couple...so probably racial profiling going on as well.

This business place is able to be recognized by it's unique signage and regardless of it being grouped in amongst other businesses, it does stand out with ample parking. My only time visiting this place of business, driving a semi - articulated truck , I was able to manoeuvre the vehicle from around the front to the back , deliver their goods and leave with ample room to do so. To end , it has a clean looking environment and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Very expensive and really could not see difference in quality between Smith City and them. Found staff a bit pushy. Really if I wanted to buy overpriced furniture I would call you over. No need to follow us around the store. Not going to steal anything. We have cash .
