    I pulled into Hardee’s at 8:50, after pulling 13 hours at work. Starving, I order 2 for $5 big fish sandwiches. The girl on the speaker is obnoxious. That should have been my first sign to just drive off. She’s talking to another team member not knowing I can hear her. I had to place my order 3 times. She kept repeating it back to me wrong. (Big chicken fillet. Frisco thickburger) I make it to the window, pay and head towards home. I was so disappointed with my dinner and Hardee’s. The sandwich was very sloppy. The lettuce was nasty. And the fish was still frozen on the inside. I threw both sandwiches in the trash. I called the store 8 times, but the call just disconnected. If you’re looking for quality, pass by Hardee’s in Tavares. Just another mile or so and you have a large variety to choose from.

    I love Hardee’s but this one needs to be shut down everyone fired and rebuilt with competent staff. The absolute most disgusting place I have ever been in. Online ordering never available, wait in drive through 45 min with 5 cars in front of us. Broken everything. What are you doing Hardee’s to allow this under your name?

    This place was terrible the day I went in there. I would like to think it was just a bad day for the store but I have a feeling it's poor ownership and / or bad management.... I went in to pick up some quick lunch. When I walked in, there was trash and dirt all over the floor and old food and trash on a few of the tables in the front area by the cash registers. The staff there obviously didn't want to be there working. One pregnant employee didn't feel good and it was pretty obvious. She walked out from behind the counter with customers standing there waiting to order and headed off around the dining room like she was going to do something but never did and didn't bother taking anyone's order either the entire time I was there even though there were 3 or 4 of us in the store trying to order. The lady that was waiting on her food had to come back 3 times to get her food made right while 3 or 4 other employees either were sitting in the dining room and watched or were wandering around the store while the one and only cook they had working complained and got an attitude with the other employee working the drive through as well as the one that had "messed up" the customers order. I'm still not sure who's fault it was the way they were yelling at each other. She was threatening to quit and it was loud enough we could hear her complaining in the order area of the store. I did go ahead and order the chicken tenders and watched her cook and handle them all the way to my bag and there was nothing wrong with my food but there was definitely a problem in the store between employees and the manager and the customers in general. I felt like not one of them except the "manager lady" wanted to be there or even cared what kind of presentation or how well the food came out. Pretty sad because I don't normally eat fast food but I do like Hardee's chicken tenders the best of any fast food. I won't be going back. Overall the experience was one of the worst I have seen around here.

    We stopped in for a burger. I ordered cheeseburger and my husband ordered a double cheeseburger. They both came to us cold. We asked to have a warm burger and the person in the kitchen was not happy. She was very vocal about it . The staff was saying that they needed to be hit. The kitchen worker was just upset we wanted a hot or warm burger. We ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else because of her attitude.

    I'm not giving a 5 yet because in the past location has provided me with bad service and okay food. This time, It was fresh, hot, and service was great. So they're earning their way to 5 stars with me.

    We have not been in for over a year because it was really going down hill after our favorite manager left for another restaurant. But decided to give it another chance. Jennifer G. Was still there and very nice, food was prefect and served very quickly and dining area was much cleaner!

    Stopped by after leaving the hospital for the Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich Combo. I asked that the young woman please be sure that the fries were hot. She assured me that she would. I had to pull ahead as the chicken was cooking, and it would be a minute. When she brought out my order, I thanked her and drove away. Guess what?? The darned fries WERE NOT HOT!!! It's my own fault for not checking them, but I assumed that since the chicken was cooking, the fries would be cooking, as well, and would be hot, per my specific request. I know, never assume. I usually check them straight up and hand them right back if they are not hot. Ya got me, Hardee's, but never again! The sandwich was good, though.

    I might not eat here but twice a year. Biscuits and gravy or just a sausage Biscuit! Best fast food breakfast! Manager was super nice!

    This was the worse service I have ever had. Your cashier had her kid in speaker phone.i wanted almost 5 mins for her to even acknowledge me and take my order.. the whole time her kid is still on speaker phone talking to her and yelling.. my fries were cold and soggy and my ham and cheese looked like someone smashed it.. the floor throughout the restaurant and bathroom were sticky. Will not be back to this Hardee's

    I tried to go for lunch today but after almost 10 minutes at the counter I gave up and left, 3 guys seemed like they were placing an order talking with the attendant after a few minutes left the counter and didn't come back while I was there. On my work lunch break I can't wait, I haven't seen the lady there in a long time that was the manager. It was great when she was there, I think it's time for it to close and open something new here, it looks closed and empty anyway.

    I ordered a platter the biggest complaint is the egg paper thin egg and not much of it No substance at all. Pitiful mind you I've been going to Hardee's for 40 years the last few years they have been going down hill. It's started when they got rid of the cinnamon raisin biscuits

    These clowns belong in a circus. Worst customer service, worst prep, worst everything. I was the only car in line, only order to put together, they STILL messed up nearly every aspect of my food. Sandwich was fine but handed me a bag with no fries when it was a combo. Gave an attitude about correcting. Ordered a drink without ice, checked receipt the receipt said no ice, yet they can't read here. After repeating the order back to the drive thru lady 3 times because she wasn't focused. And then checking AGAIN at the window. Pitiful. Should truly fire every single person in the building all the way to management because this one clearly has terrible judgement when hiring and no ability to train.

    Stopped really quick and It looked disgusting inside. Mold on the ac vent, fly’s everywhere. The employee Sara not using gloves or washed her hands to handle the food after touching the screen. After we got our food they told us that the warmers weren’t working so our food was cold. When asked for a refund she got mad and was rude. They didn’t have half of the items in the menu either. Whatever you do don’t step a foot in here. Or you might die.

    Couldn't even finish the burgers, burnt and just covered in sauce to try and hide it. No was I'd even there to help you since they are all outside smoking. Not coming back.

    Place is a disaster. Not much else to say. You ever walk in a place and get that ugh yuck vibe. Didn't help that the place was empty and I mean looked closed when I walked up to counter and said hello a worker came around. Menus screens were all off. A hand written note on counter ten itmes in it with message . Menu screen not working this is what we have. Took 20min to get a 10pc tender, burger and fry. They seriously need to shut down and remodel, rehire, and maybe it'd be worth stopping by.

    Their sausage gravy is my absolute favorite however they forgot to put sausage in my gravy. The food came out at random times so most everything was cold. The staff was very unorganized and less than courteous. That is not the norm for this place. They need some training!

    This place is a mess. Needs to be seriously cleaned up or a remodel. Food is good. Service is ok. Supposed to be open at 6. At 645 doors still locked. Drive thru menu showing only lunch and dinner meals. It looks like no one cares here. Sad.

    Oh my god. No, no and no. Shut this place down. I should’ve known when I pulled in and there were no cars in the parking lot and no customers inside. Went to the drive thru. Ordered 2 burger combos, an unsweetened iced tea and a chocolate shake. $23. She handed me the shake and it was the consistency of water with a chunk of whipped cream floating on top. The tea was warm. I handed them both back. She then informed me they are out of ice… which would’ve been handy information when I ordered. I said no thanks and left. Luckily she hadn’t asked me to pay yet. Reading all the bad reviews, I don’t wonder why.

    The people were great the food was not. I haven't been to hardees in a long time. The super star burger came out looking nothing like the picture. It tasted not fresh and I was disappointed. Not as good as Wendy's or Burger King. The lowest fast food I think. The peach tea was good though. They also had mayo and mustard for my fries which some BK's fail at.
