    Very nasty and poor quality control who would serve this to a paying customer? McDonald’s I am amazed you can raise prices and lower standards of service makes no sense i pay more for horrible food served with a broken pancake and a random blackened burnt French fry in my eggs? And a rock hard biscuit next time i will be going to Chick-fil-A for a real breakfast. Please McDonald’s be better this is sad I used to love eating breakfast as a kid with my father and now I can’t even go take my son because he hates your food and now as do I.

    This is an absolute joke of a restaurant. I was in line and waited 7 mins just to get my order taken. After that I waited 25 minutes in line behind a car. When it was finally my turn at the window I wasn't greeted. I was handed a ice melted drink and I requested a new one. LISA gave me a nasty attitude about it. She goes " what's wrong with this one" including an eye roll. I said I'm not going to pay for a drink that's been sitting their for 25 minutes I would like a new one. She then proceeds to yell "wow, are you kidding me". Nasty eye roll and then wouldn't even look at me once she handed me a new drink. Then I get my food and I feel it ice cold. I told her I wanted fresh food not food that's been sitting for a long time. I paid my money I would like hot food. Then another nasty remark "I'm not giving you anything until you give me that bag back". Then she screams to the back "she wants fresh fries she already made me make her a new drink too". Then the manager comes up and says I would have to wait and pull forward an EXTRA 5 minutes for fresh foo. I asked why didn't you pull this guy up we've been waiting behind for the last 25 minutes. Her response was "we were holding in the kitchen". So, to my understanding you should've pulled this guy up to keep the line moving instead of trying to hand out ice cold food and then make them wait longer for hot food. They refused to give me my order and I had to ask multiple times for them to give me my bag back. LISA goes " I already dumped the fries you're gonna have to wait". I absolutely refused to wait and demanded my bag of COLD food so I could TRY to get to my job on time. I can't believe the disgusting attitude that came from LISA. She needs to be fired without a doubt the worst attitude and person I've ever met.

    I live up the street from this location and periodically give them another chance always to find myself disappointed. This is the worst McDonalds ever!! There is always a problem with my order and almost always, something isn't fresh or cooked right. How hard is it to make french fries? There is a timer. You take the fries out when the timer beeps, not before resulting in raw fries and not too long after for overcooked soggy fries. The Sweet Tea isn't even sweet. When you complain, nobody cares. How is location still open?

    I placed a curbside order and they didn’t have a strawberry smoothie witch would have been fine but instead of telling me they just didn’t even acknowledge that I was outside and I waited 20 minutes outside before calling them and they told me they didn’t make it or bring it to me because they didn’t have part of the order. Absolutely ridiculous. People place curbside because they don’t have the ability to come inside with all their kids or whatever other reason they have. You should not just ignore a customer and make them wait because you don’t have a small part of their order. Update I’m at 40 minutes before I got my food. I’m watching cars honking and everyone is pulling out of the drive through to walk inside but they can’t because the staff locked the doors and nobody is getting served. Update again the food is freezing after 40 minutes of waiting for it

    Worst "fast" (NOT fast) food I have ever had! 😒 Store is really nice/updated... only positive thing I have for this location. I just wanted a regular cheeseburger. It would have been nice if the cheese was melted (not hot) & I had more than four tiny diced onions on it, even though I requested the regular amount. Luckily, I requested extra ketchup packets. Did not help that we had cold fries. I did not bother to fuss - did not have another 20 mins to wait for fresh "fast" food with no guarantee it would be any better. Note: no outdoor seating, if, for whatever reason, you decide to eat here!!

    I have never waited so long for my food and my drink. Then I did this morning my whole wait time from the time I ordered from the kiosk to receiving my complete order was almost 35 minutes. And it seemed like the poor lady working up front. Who was probably the manager was the only one. Really hustling to get people taken care of, give that lady a raise she deserves it.

    Ordered thru the drive thru, usually no problem, but this time there was a problem. I paid and went to the next window where she tried to give me the order for the car behind me. I told her what I ordered and she was confused and told me to pull up to the pick up spot ahead. So I did and sat there. Finally went around and had to go inside and find out why I'm still sitting there. The girl ignored me and a young man came up to me and I told him what happened. He apologized and said he would take care of it. She had nothing to say or even look at me. Not to mention the prices. The combo I ordered used to be around 6 dollars is now 9 dollars.

    Using the drive through was a disaster. I waited 28 minutes just to get an answer at the intercom and then be greeted by the rudest women ever. I had no choice but to wait since the inside was already closed and I had placed a mobile order. I would have left if i didn't have a hungry 7 yr old in the backseat. Everything about this visit was disappointing. Horrible way to end 4th of July.

    This place sucks. The servers can be polite but in all other aspects I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a combo meal through the app and pulled up to the window at about 2:38. The server gave me my sprite and asked me to pull to the front to wait for the rest of my order. I waited for nearly 20 mins before flagging down a worker bringing food to the car behind me (they pulled up 10 mins after I had already been waiting there). Turns out they never put in my order and couldn't even remeber what it was I was supposed to get. In total I waited 30 mins for some cold soggy fries (after he said they would make me fresh ones) and a cold poorly made burger. the shift manager (I'm assuming he was the shift manager) threw in a free apple pie "for the wait" which would have been nice if I liked apple pie :(.

    I'm totally dissatisfied with my experience here at this location as both a customer and Doordash employee. I waited 30-45 minutes to have my customers Doordash order ready just to see your workers on their phone or moving like they don't know their job. This is totally a waste of my time and not efficient in any way. Then I give them another chance by placing my own order. My fries come out uncooked and my burger completely wrong. They don't pay attention to instructions and seem to do what they want however they want. This store seriously needs improvement!

    Once again. Poorly made Muffin. Egg and cheese not centered. Sausage pushed to one side. Both Breakfast burritos were cold. Best part was the Hash brown patty. This McDonald's has never satisfied. Haven't been here for at least a year and it'll be a long time before I try them again.

    Leave customers in drive-thru waiting don't even brother to inform them that's its close. Advertise open 24hrs but never is Half of the t time orders are wrong . Mangers and staff need lessons in customers service. Can't believe how much McDonald's has declined. .

    This McDonald's like alot of others now adays is severely under staffed. That being said they had 3 customers including myself total. My order was placed on the touch screen. Then after 10 minutes of nothing I asked and the order was not put through even though it was deducted from my account. The manager was hostile about what was clearly their mistake. The other two orders as I sat there waiting were also messed up and had to be redone. Wich also made management hostile. Not a good place for employees or customers in my oppinion.

    They need new cashiers the girl working the drive-thru doesn't know how to add. Order came to $33.35, gave her $35.00, and should get back $1.65 right. No, I get back $11.65 and argue with me that the cash register is smarter than me. Gen Z will cause their demise and blame every Gen before their own for their stupidity. Winning!! I do apologize if I've offended any intelligent Gen Z. This post is not aimed towards you. But a bit of advice teach the less intelligent they are your future because gen X is the past.

    I completed a mobile order. I got all the way home and there is hair visibly stuck in between the cheese and the fish fillet. I’ve been called the store to let them know of their mistakes. Someone answers the phone, but does it say anything twice so I continue to call and no one answers the phone. This is the worst customer service that I have ever gotten. zero out of 10 would not recommend.

    Nuggets were old and were definitely reheated. On top of that i ordered 4 10 pieces and all 4 boxes had nuggets missing. 2 boxes had 6 1 had 9 and the other 7. Fresh were only half full. Tried calling but phone just contiously rings. This is not the 1st 2nd but the 3rd time this has happened.
