    I would give a higher rating because the food tastes okay most of the time but since this store is closed on the inside everytime I try to order inside and because I can't stand ordering through the robot speaker. It always messes my order up and the people taking my card don't run the order back to me or anything. The robot speaker needs to go... either that or open up your lobby so I can order in there. I don't mind walking in. Also the drive thru line is always long as heck.

    Used drive thru. Only 1 car in front of me,still took 22 minutes just to give my order. Had to give my order 4 times. He repeated to clarify my burger ( cheese only, nothing else on it ). Told me they could not make shakes & sundays. After 12 minutes I was handed my order. The burger had a lot more than CHEESE ONLY on it. My drink taste like the syrup for the flavor ran out so he substituted with dirty dish water. The mozzarella sticks taste more like salmonella sticks. The fries were OK, but a size smaller than ordered. The guy working there tonight (Thusday May 18 @ 10pm) will eventually run off all the customers and gain notice from the health department getting this place shutdown. I hope this isn't a franchise because the franchisee is soon going to be in unrecoverable debt!

    I'm not a fan of an automated speaker box. The only thing the girl that took the order could say in English was, "Is that it?" I guess it's okay if one person was getting one or two things for themselves, but when you are trying to order for multiple people after the third, "is that it?" It's a little rude. It took an oddly long time for ice cream.

    incredibly beautiful establishment. however i was treated incredibly bad by an employee named “stephanie”. she literally smashed my food before putting in the bag and laughed in my face about it. evil and disgusting. otherwise okay. wouldn’t recommend and haven’t been. back.

    Chain eatery serving fast-food classics like burgers, hot dogs, french fries and shakes. I especially love their 'Big Buford' it's made with two large hand-seasoned, 100% beef hamburger patties, topped with two slices of melted American cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, dill pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise all on a toasted bakery-style bun. The fries and chicken nuggets have awesome seasoning while the staff seems fairly confused while coordinating the orders in sequence. We will try them again.

    Gotta be honest, i'm not a fan of the automated voice thing in the drive thru. More often than not, it gets my order wrong. There's no screen to make sure that what you're ordering is what it's putting in Nor does it read the order back to you when you're finished. You really have no idea if it even got your order right until you get your food. Other than that, the employees there are great.

    Just had the best experience! Jennifer and Christina had amazing communication and customer service! Super polite, nice, and understanding! Food was hot and delicious and quick! Definitely will be coming back!

    Food was subpar. Burger was a bit soggy and fries tasted like they had not been fully cooked (I didn't finish them). Employees were pleasant and quick. Seems like maybe they are going for speed here to their detriment.

    Bearing in mind we got the "$5 Meal" just to see if they could actually feed someone for $5. We were pleasantly surprised! Granted the portions are on the smaller side, but not tiny. We felt satisfied as a lunch meal. We would go back anytime 😃

    Not a fan of the automated drive thru they have going on now. The employee that handed us our food at the window never said anything to us. Didn't have any issues with your food and got everything we ordered. Just employees need better customer service skills.

    We were craving some Checkers Fries… The dine in doors were locked and no signs indicating that it was closed. Several customers during our long and excruciating wait did the exact same thing we did and had to return to their vehicles after finding out the the dine in doors were locked. A simple sign would be helpful. One older gentleman with 2 canes walked all the way to the doors only to find them closed as we did. We went through the drive through to order only to find out after waiting in line for 30 min that they were out of fries. We then had to wait another 20 min to get out of the drive through as there was not way to exit without waiting in the long and slow line. Don’t waste your time here. Checkers fries are delicious but not worth the trouble. And even if you do decide to stop at this location you probably won’t get any anyway. Just keep craving them and seek them elsewhere.

    We order 2 meals, xl fry lovers and funnel fries. We were the only ones in line at the time and we were asked to pull around to the front to wait for our food. After 10 minutes of waiting, our food was brought out and the fries in the XL lovers was a mix of mostly old soggy fries and topped with fresh ones. Our funnel fries were missing in the bag so I went to try and go inside and the door was locked at 7:15 so I had to go back through the drive-thru in order to get the rest of my order. The staff as a whole wasn't overly friendly but the funnel fries were amazing and worth ordering again as long as they are fresh. I did 3 stars across the board because half the food was fresh and great but the others not so much

    Drive thru AI upgraded my order, I did not know that I had been upsized until I payed. They did not include my fries in the bag when picked up at window. Glad I checked for the completeness of the order prior to leaving.

    This is twice in a row, they cant get orders right, overcooked and ice cold food, been double charged and claim they cant fix. Most locations are great, but this one is awful! We will never go to this location again!

    This is the worst managed location. How does a restaurant run out of fries... Especially when you serve a large fry with the same amount as a small fry. Every time I have visited this location they are out of something. Having managed a fast food restaurant. This is so unacceptable. Order more!!! Or stop selling your Fries out the back door. Seriously!!! I will not be returning. And it pisses me off!! In lighter terms.
