Friendly staff with good senses of humor. They created an informal comfortable atmosphere. Dr Gabriel is personable, informative and direct, but time with him here is quite limited due to the nature of the work I'm sure. All in all, as comfortable and trauma free as this experience could be,

My wife just had Colonoscopy - she reports the prep was way easier than it used to be, the surgery center was great, everyone involved with her case was awesome, and Dr. Goodman and anesthesiologist and nurses/others were the best! Thank you all for a great experience and wonderful peace of mind.

I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr. Goodman and his professional expertise. Over the years (more than 20+) he has performed three colonoscopies for me. All, fortunately, were without complications. Each time he has carefully explained the need for each procedure and provided copies of the results. He also will advise if he does not think you will benefit from further examination. He is a caring and considerate professional.

A very pleasant and organized office staff and physicians. I have been with Dr. Baskar several years. He is clear and thorough in his explanation of test results. I appreciate the expressed care given in each stage of the process.

My husband had an appointment on 9/25/2023 at 4:45 pm. They called us at 3:55pm saying we could start heading to the office. Once at the office, the receptionist was very polite and had a great personality. I waited in the lobby when my husband went back for procedure. When finished, Ben, the tech, came out to lobby and, with a smile, asked if I was Michael's wife. He explained the next steps and the process of what to expect. He then showed me where to go. Once I drove to the side door. He opened the door and let me in to wait for Dr. Baskar. Dr. Baskar explained how the procedure went and that he was very nice and professional. Ben led me back to the room where my husband was. Helped my husband to the car and made sure we drove off safely before entering the building. Ben has put standing customer service skills. The whole building is amazing. Highly recommend to any and everyone.

My past experience with Dr. Basskar was very good and the procedure was done well at AH Waterman. I will not have a procedure done again at TSC the concern for this patient is extremely lacking, I had explained my apprehension and anxiety regarding the IV and needles. Megan the nurse didn’t try to ease my concern and then when I tensed, she got upset with me. My whole hand was black and blue and painful for a week following. In experience, the anesthesiologist would explain the drug used and how it is administered, nothing like that was done and it was a liquid and burned going through the IV. If I would have known, I could have prepared for it. In addition, It was different anesthesia than I was accustomed to and had difficulty coming out of. They got me up to leave my legs gave out and the nurse had to call for help. The dragged me to the car where my husband was waiting never offering a wheelchair. Get them in get them out. Mass production.

Dr Goodman and the staff of Tavares Surgical Center were great! Everyone was so caring and down to earth, which made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
