Not a pleasant experience at this subway location this afternoon. It started fine when our order was started. Then I noticed how rude one of the cashiers was being to the gentleman ahead of us. She had a very nasty attitude. Every question this man asked her response was very rude. As she returned from the register I very politely asked that she change her gloves as I did not see her change them after handling the register. Maybe she had Im not sure but her response to me was awful. She then topped my sandwich sloppily. I will more than likely return Bc all other employees I’ve encountered here have always been polite and pleasant but if I do I sure hope Tera isn’t angry that day.

It’s 9am and the store hours says open at 8am and the doors are locked! Someone is standing inside on their phone doing absolutely nothing and watching people walk up and pull the door and not saying anything. I came to get a sub before work and they’re closed. This is the most ghetto thing I’ve ever seen. I won’t ever come back here! Maybe the sign should say 10am instead if 8am

Place was super busy when we went in but order was taken in good time, I think the employee shawna (I think) took care of us, she was great, friendly, and gave us Canadian visitors a great experience ! Thanks!!

My go-to Subway. Employees are always friendly and quick, and they never have a problem with the customizations I make (meaning I’ve never had an issue with an incorrect order).

This is the only subway that is always running out of things . I had to tell the employee to wash his hands after using the same gloves to take someone money. You will end up sick if you go here 🗣️

They let a $100 order go because they “can’t take an order over the phone” mind you my order was super simple. The website doesn’t allow you to order like that. So it’s come in or nothing? Grow up Subway.

I hate that every time you try and call this location they don’t have active service,I was told I would be refunded for a sub I never received and they still have yet to refund me my money,don’t recommend this location!

I went to subway today with my family and the male worker was very rude and have an attitude they denied us to dine in for no reason the women said that they were closed

Nice Subway, clean, looked a little short staffed but other than that a pleasant visit.

I'm vegetarian, and they have the best veggie delight subs, with smashed avacado, a little cheese, Mayo on a wrap, and it is something I could have everyday, and almost do lol.

Brooke is my favorite sandwich Artist here she is very polite and friendly, I never had a bad experience here

Employees were terrific. Made my sub quickly and tastefully. Extremely efficient and sub was awesome. These two gentlemen were very welcoming close to closing especially. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location. Tipped them for their great service. Didn't catch their names, but they definitely should be recognized. Great job Subway in Taylor on Eureka just east of Telegraph.
